The location and ny view

Cons:

There was no food available at the hotel because the kitchen was inoperable. I felt this should have been mentioned so I could have had the option of staying elsewhere. Because I am diabetic, it is one of the reasons I chose this location so I could have immediate access to foodstuffs. I did not like my bathroom door because the door would not stay closed. So, when someone visited my room, they had to hold the door so it wouldn’t open while using the restroom.

Uns wurde erst beim Check in mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist und somit kein Frühstück zur Verfügung steht.
Es wurde auch keine Alternative angeboten lediglich wurde nur gesagt, dass wir das Geld von Booking.com zurückfordern sollen.

Cons:

The room was not clean enough. I found a toe nail on the carpet.
There was too much noise during the night so it was very difficult to sleep.
I am very disappointed with the hotel because no one warned me about the restaurant being closed before arriving. My reservation was done a long time ago and, from my point of view, a little information regarding that matter was very necessary.

Pros:

The location was great as it is 3 minutes walk from the South Ferry 1 train it lessened costs of traveling in New York. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The room was more than I expected and good value for money. I guess I will be going back on my next visit to NY
