I didn't like how for 3 nights no one came to clean the room and we have to call for clean towels
I went to go visit time square for the whole day and when I came back to the room still nothing

L’emplacement est parfait, je ne souhaitais pas être dans l’agitation de Times square. Le lit est très confortable et grand. Le frigo et le micro-ondes sont vraiment un plus. La vue de ma chambre était très jolie. Une armoire pour ranger ses affaires de taille correcte. Le personnel très bien. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Comfy room well connected to rest of Manhattan
Pros:

Fantastic room, lots of space and storage. Bed was very comfortable. Good location, minutes to the subway and lots going on in FiDi. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The drinking water was on the basement floor - it would have been useful to have a water tap closer to the room.

the room sizes were great, especially for NYC. The location was also great. Just steps from NYSE, minutes from the 9/11 Memorial. great public transit options such as the subway, taxi/Ubers, Staten Island Ferry, etc

There wasn't anything about the property that i did not like.
