Comfortable bed, great location. Perfect for a NYC stay where you spend most of your trip outside
Pros:

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was very happy with the bed. The staff were also helpful and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The restaurant options were average, so was the little shop at reception. Both could be improved greatly.

A waterside location near Wall Street
Pros:

It was as expected, reasonably good facilities and kind staff. The location was good despite the construction work going on outside the property.

Cons:

I didn’t like the sliding doors to the bathroom which didn’t stay fully closed. I had booked a sea view but it was only a side sea view as there was a very building right in front of the property. Also there was construction going on, which took from the look of the property.

Super friendly, convenient and reasonably priced with all the basic things you could want or need.
Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness, ease of check in/out. Loved the water views! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would've been nice to have clean water for the coffee maker.

Das Frühstück würde ich nicht noch mal hinzubuchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Die Staten Island Ferry lag genau ggü.Die Subway in die Innenstadt nach Manhattan ebenso.

Cons:

Das Frühstück!!!! Bei einem Hilton erwarte ich diese Vorgehensweise beim Frühstück nicht. Man musste sich anstellen, um aus einer Karte sein Frühstück zusammenzustellen. Wie in einer Kantine. Pro Person hatte man einen Verzehrgutschein in Höhe von 25 Dollar. Bei den hohen Preisen für Omelette oder Früchten musste man sich einschränken. Die Tische waren nicht immer schnell vom Vorgast abgeräumt. Die Lautstärke war ebenso zum Frühstücken nicht angenehm. Das Essen war gut. Die Köche hatten bei dem hohen Andrang am Morgen viel Stress. Sie waren aber stets sehr freundlich! Lange Wartezeiten muss man in Kauf nehmen. Das nächste Mall buche ich ohne Frühstück!

Habitación bastante amplia, donde destaca una cama muy cómoda. Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la terminal de ferrys.

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno tiene bastante mejoría. No dan a basto para atender a todos los huéspedes, lo que se traduce en largas esperas. Varios días no tenían todos los platos de la carta y uno de los días tuvimos que comer en recipientes de cartón porque se quedaron sin platos. El personal hacía lo que podía, con mucha amabilidad, pero no daban a basto.

Super hotel, meget dårlig restaurant.
Pros:

Super beliggenhed og tæt ved en metro.
Fantastisk udsigt fra værelset.

Cons:

Havde købt med morgenmad.
"Restauranten" er meget lille og har ikke kapacitet til de mennesker som ønsker at få morgenmad.
Køkkenet og rydningspersonellet kunne på ingen måde følge med.
Korteste ventetid på morgenmad var for vores vedkommende 40 min. Ellers ventede vi helt op til en time, inden vi fik vores morgenmad.
Og selv om det var inkl morgenmad, så måtte man kun købe for 50$ pr dag, og der var ekslusive drikkevarer. Derudover var det meget svært at holde sig til de 50$. Typiske skulle vi af med ca. 10$ ekstra for to personer pr. dag.
Jeg vil derfor anbefale, at man IKKE køber morgenmad med, men går rundt om hjørnet hvor man kan købe morgenmad, uden ekstrem lang ventetid.
