المطبخ كان مقفل والجو كان شديد البروده
ذهبنا لنختفل بعيد ميلاد زوجي وهو مريض تفاجانا بعدم وجود عشا والمطبخ مقفل ورفضو حتى تعويضنا بخروج متأخر وحتى عندما طلبنا مويه فقط زياده رفضو وقالو يجب دفع دولارين
كل الفنادق تعطي الما مجانا لا يهمني المال المعامله كانت لاتعليق هلتون
فقط الموظفه التي استقبلنا كانت متعاونه لا أعرف اسمها واعتذرت عند خروجنا عندما اخبرتهاوهي هنديه اعتقد وصغيرة الحجم
طلبت تمديد ليله فقالت المديره لايوجد سوي غرفه سريرين مطله تدفعي الفرق 150دولار قلت يجب أن تعوضوونا عن عدم وجود المطعم واضطرارنا للخروج رغم مرض زوجي على الاقل بنفس السعر غرفتي كانت مطله بسرير فرفضت وقالت ابحثي عن غرفه في بوكينج حتى لو ستاندر وسابقيك في غرفتك المطله رغم انني هلتون اونر عوملت بشكل سي

Good value for money. Close to the Brooklyn Bridge. 2 minute walk to Station, Ferry and Battery Park.

Cons:

The rooms were tight and dark. We were put in a corner room facing another building so no natural light in the room. Could just about manage to walk between the bed and desk.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, estaba perfecto porque no queriamos quedarnos justo en el corazón de Manhathan para evitar los ruidos etc. 3 estaciones del metro super accesibles y cerca!! los chicos del front desk muy amables!!

Cons:

Un poco elevado los precios de la tiendita interna pero se entiende que es un servicio que el hotel brinda.
