Good location, generally clean & lovely staff
The bed was extremely uncomfortable - mattress too soft. There should be provision for firmer mattresses
We liked the location of the room and the view.
There was a leak from the A/C on the carpet and no-one could figure out how to stop it. There were no available rooms until the next day and we liked our view, so we just put towels down and avoided it.

Ne zele vam staviti mobitel na punjac na recepciji dok cekate taksi na check out. Tuš kabina zastarjela te slab mlaz vode, tesko za tusiranje. Uticnica kraj kreveta ne valja.
Bardzo czysto. Wymiana reczników pomimo nie zgłoszenia tego dzień wcześniej (zasada "on request") - super lokalizacja, super wyposażenie, bardzo pomocna i uczynna obsługa. Cicho i przyjemnie. Otwierane okna (wyjątek jak na Manhattan)! Super widok na rzekę.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, kind, and accommodating throughout our visit. The location was perfect too easy access to everything, which made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Hotel molto pulito, staff gentilissimo molto disponibile.
