For business trips to china, need internet to be up to standard

ok, overall is ok for me is only my 1st night recent trip is nightmare for me .
Pros:

reception side staff is very friendly and provide a good service.
location is perfect .

Cons:

the maintenance guy service is no good.
as my recent trip my stay 9/4 untill 12/4 for the 1st night after i request the maintenance to check out my room aircond for 2 times. the maintenance feedback the aircond is ok no issue .
my room air cong is not cooling enough always maintain at 26.5 celcious at the end my 1st night is really nightmare for me which i cant really sleep due to too warm the room temperature .
i am hoping that my coming end of this month trip the room is no issue for me . ( 20/4 untill 25/4)
