Cons:

Falta de ar condicionado primeiro ficamos num quarto muito quente e após queixa, de que o ar condicionado não funcionava, o funcionário abriu a janela do quarto e a porta e trouxe um balde de gelo... No dia seguinte, mudámos para um quarto e repetiu-se a cena, mas ao contrário, o quarto era frio e o ar condicionado também não funcionava para aquecer o ambiente... Desligar o ar condicionado é uma decisão absurda da gerencia...
