The lobby was interesting and inviting. The a Le carte restaurant food was amazing. Beds were comfy and staff were fantastic. I booked and checked in after 10pm and nothing was a problem for staff.
Quite dark up stairs in the corridor and chips of paint noticeable but otherwise really good space.
That the restaurant and bar was not open on a Sunday. We had to walk to Hay Street to find somewhere to eat for lunch and dinner.
Abby and another lady at the reception was very helpful.
The guy at the reception who did not answer my questions politely instead told me basically to rugged up.
A good place to stay for a weekend, facilities are great
It’s classy and well positioned. Comfortable and quiet.
The rooms are small. The room service is limited (have to call down to order a coffee) that system seams “clunky” but it works.
