She promptly addressed our concerns regarding the lack of a hot shower, a critical requirement for our stay, and efficiently facilitated a room change, ensuring our comfort. Her friendly and understanding approach significantly enhanced our experience.

Cons:

The hotel's fundamental amenities, such as in-room heating and bathroom privacy, are not conducive to a comfortable stay for families or couples, which is reflected in my lower rating. I trust the hotel will review these comments to implement improvements and elevate its standards.

I will not be returning to this establishment.

The carpark is ridiculously small. I damaged my tyre rims trying to get out and there’s no room service on weekends!

Nice location across from Kings Park. Clean and quiet with a stylish lounge.

Cons:

Restaurant is not open on Sundays and not much dining within walking distance. Kind of isolated.
