Unimpressive. Poorly managed. Over-priced.

The staff were appalling. Rude, unhelpful, inattentive, not interested in solving any issues.
Breakfast that was very expensive was very poor, coffee cold, glassware dirty, noisy kitchen, not very clean in the general areas.

I'd probably go elsewhere, fine for 1 night if convenient location
Pros:

Staff were nice, breakfast options were good, very comfortable bed

Cons:

The smell of mildew in the one-room shower/toilet area wasn't great. Carpet floor seemed old and gross. Tiny room, no place to set a small carry on. Expensive for this kind of sad state of a room.
