The vibe and scenery of the place was immaculate! Everything was aesthetically appealing and very professional.

Great modern hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. You can fill up your water for free with filtered water at the cafe downstairs. The internet worked perfectly fine. Great hair products in the bathroom.
In terms of location, it's a bit far from the city centre, especially when you are travelling by public transport, but there is a free city bus and a mini market a few blocks away. I wouldn't share the room with a partner or a friend: the bathroom is literally a glass box, and the door has huge gaps to each side, which means zero privacy, you can look right at the toilet, sink and shower even when the door is closed. But great place for solo travellers.

Bed sheets + pillows smell stale and dirty, cupboard door was broken, tv didn't work, room finishings were tired, room service ordering link wouldn't work - didn't let you add anything to cart.
Loved the ammenities on the ground floor - we ordered in one night and were able to heat leftovers up the next day in the microwave. Bed was comfy, space was utilised well and loved the Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom.
Bathroom had lots of stains and room service wasn’t available on Sunday. Our “park view” room was hidden behind concrete buildings but trees could be seen in the distance.
