Pros:

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. It was extremely easy to get there from Perth train station. And the meals we had there were very good. Thank you.

Cons:

The toilet overflowed into the whole bathroom. That was not pleasant at all.

We had planned a special date and the hotel played its part flawlessly. We will recommend.
Pros:

The aesthetic of the hotel is what drew me in and I was happy the pictures represented the vibe pretty well. The staff was helpful and friendly. Although the room we had was on the small size and without a view, it suited us well. We also had a reservation to Fraser restaurant in Kings Park which made it a pleasant walk to dinner and back.

Cons:

The view was not very intimate on the 3rd floor and the room was a little small.

Pros:

The location is awesome. So close to Kings Park...you could walk there. Clean and comfy bed. Free street parking on weekends. Free sparkling water to take to my room.

Cons:

The bathroom smelt a bit when I arrived. But it's just a ventilation situation and once you turn air con on etc it disappeared. The foyer area of my level really needs a paint job too.

Was ok but not worth the money
Pros:

Room clean tidy and good air con

Cons:

Parking was not available had to park up the street although it’s advertised
Also breakfast selection is poor for 25 per person and then to get charged extra for coffee
