Goed hotel, fijne mensen. Ideaal voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van Kings Park (mooi uitzicht op de stad van daaruit, zeker als het donker is de moeite waard om te gaan bekijken). Je kan zelfs te voet op een half uur in de CBD geraken.
Er zijn gratis CAT bussen waarmee je richting de stad kan (tip install. transperth app, maar ook Google maps is behulpzaam voor de bus-planning) . Parkeren kan tegen betaling maar voldoende lang op voorhand reserveren als u op de privé parking van het hotel wil staan (weinig plek). Anders parkeren op straat tegen betaling (easypark app).
De kamers zijn comfortabel maar erg klein van formaat. Op de kamer is een kleine koelkast en een koffiezet (cups) en waterkoker en thee. Er zijn ook een haardroger en strijkijzer ter beschikking in de kamer. Er is ook een was-service en je kan roomservice bestellen.
Het hotel richt zich voornamelijk op zakelijke reizigers. Er is gratis wifi in het hele hotel. Het hotel ligt in een zakelijke buurt, voornamelijk kantoren in de omgeving.
Het ontbijt biedt voldoende keuze van voeding, de inbegrepen koffie is oploskoffie. "speciale" koffie zoals capucino kan tegen extra betaling aan de koffiebar besteld worden. Het eten was allemaal heel erg lekker, ook het avondeten à la carte. (er zijn 1 of 2 vegetarische opties, de rest is vis, vlees, burgers en schaaldieren. Soms is de keuken gesloten zoals op een feestdag, dit staat aangegeven. Je kan dan take-away bestellen en laten leveren in de lobby en rustig opeten in de diningroom, of naar een restaurant buiten het hotel gaan. Er zijn enkele slechts opties op wandelafstand.

Cons:

De badkamers zijn erg klein, vooral de lavabo's. De badkamers zouden een renovatie kunnen gebruiken.
Het hotel richt zich voornamelijk op zakelijke reizigers. Je zal je tijdens het ontbijt en in de avond vaak tussen de laptops en smartphones bevinden in de eetruimte. Vond ik als niet zakelijke reiziger niet zo prettig.

Nice Hotel.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Cons:

Not enough parking at Hotel, buffet breakfast was average, rooms were small and not very clean. Bathroom steamed up so couldn't use mirror to get ready. Full size mirror was dirty. Not enough lighting for doing makeup.

Great location to exercise at Kings Park, access cafes and restaurants in West Perth and the CBD
Pros:

Great staff service and comfortable facilities for working whilst having a coffee and refreshments.

Cons:

Not enough water bottles to take one back to your room but did like having sparkling water available.
