Pros:

Our best stay of the trip. Spent 4 night here and it was lovely. Rooftop pool was great along with the breakfast. Hotel offered free bikes which were always available. Rooms were lovely and was nice to have a shower that had a door! Sue hotel host was great and provided lots of information and answered questions. We were waiting for pickup from a tour and were able to call using Australian number, so she called from reception for us, very helpful. Sue also gave us a small little souvenir magnet on check out. Would defiantly recommend.

Great Stay
Pros:

The rooftop pool and breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The place is a little dated and could use some fresh paint. Also, our room spelt a little mouldy but they were kind enough to move us to a different room which did not smell. Overall, they’re very accommodating but the hotel could use a refresh.

Also for me, it was a little bit far from the old town, but you could take a grab for a couple dollars

Sue on reception was amazing. She couldnt do enough to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Lots of advise and assistance. Room was lovely and food delicious. Highly recommend

The staff were welcoming and even gave us a nice upgrade, which made our trip feel extra special. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and we loved being able to use the free bicycles in the morning—it was such a fun way to explore the city in a calm manner. The location is convenient too, with plenty of places within easy reach. Overall, it felt comfortable, friendly, and full of thoughtful touches.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Really good for value and location the staff was really helpful in showing everything around and if you need to go somewhere free bike to tour around. It's easy to go everywhere from the hotel away from the busy streets which I like. They even gave a little souvenir for me at the end which I didn't expect it was above and beyond. The staff are really friendly and if you need assistance they will be happy to help you out, definitely recommend for families or solo travelers for first time visiting Hoi An.

Pros:

We loved everything about our stay. The staff was amazing, they were family and super accommodating. Sue made sure we knew anything we needed in the area and irs in walking distance to so much. The room was adorable, very clean and nice. We had laundry done also thankfully, and the breakfast was beyond our expectations and wonderful.

Incredible Service

We recently stayed here and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we booked to check out the staff were incredibly warm and went out of their way to make sure we had everything sorted. Special thanks to Sue and Lona, their friendliness really sets this place apart. Sue helped arranging all our nearby tours and transfers around Hoi An.
The location is hard to beat; it’s central enough to walk to most major attractions but tucked away just enough to stay quiet at night. Our room was very spacious, with plenty of area to lounge and keep luggage without feeling cramped, and lovely views of old town. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and it was the perfect way to fuel up before a long day of exploring.The pool area is clean and well-maintained, and they have a spa as well.
Highly recommend booking here.
