Personalet var meget meget søde, hjælpsomme og altid smilende og glade 😃
De kunne arrangere alt.
De lavede morgenmad som jeg kunne med i lufthavnen da jeg skulle flyve tidligt.
De arrangerede transport til lufthavnen

Pros:

Super gelegen, alles sehr sauber und Personal sehr hilfsbereit! Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Ausflüge gut organisiert und die Flughafen Abholung war perfekt, sehr zum weiterempfehlen

10 perc sétára van a hotel a folyó parttól.

Sajnos a melegvíz 3 napból 2x nem volt, illetve a tv hibás volt!

Hotel seems a bit dated, Beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable for our liking and creaky, Breakfast finished early at 9.30am but that was our fault we missed it.

La atención de Sue, que estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estancia en Hoi An fuera la mejor.
Habitaciones limpias y amplias. Baño y ducha en perfectas condiciones. Desayuno completo y variado.
Amabilidad de todo el personal.
Y los masajes del hotel 100% recomendale. Aparte del descuento para huéspedes, las dos masajistas trabajan muy bien.
El hotel está bien ubicada a pie de la zona turística y del centro, fuera del bullicio.
Repetiría sin lugar a dudas.

Soggiorno indimenticabile
Pros:

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’hotel è in posizione eccezionale (a pochi minuti di cammino dal centro), le stanze sono spaziose e pulite, la colazione è super abbondante e buonissima. Ma il punto forte è lo staff: le ragazze sono meravigliose, ci hanno coccolati durante la nostra permanenza e ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Ottimo anche il servizio di driver privato che ci hanno organizzato in pochissimo tempo per un’escursione di una giornata.
