Pros:

Lovely little hotel just a bit further out of town. On the more basic side but unbelievable value for money! Clean comfy rooms.

We loved Hoi An and our stay at this hotel.
Pros:

We stayed for 7 nights. The room was very comfortable and a good size with a good bathroom. The staff were amazing and constantly asked if they could help with anything. Breakfast provided options for all tastes. A great hotel.

Cons:

For us the location was a little far to walk to the old town. It’s a short Grab ride or an easy bike ride with free bikes provided.

Pros:

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome, like family, and nothing was any trouble at all. The breakfast was very good and the bed was really comfortable. 10-15min walk to Ancient town, but we caught Grabs for just over 30,000VND(2AUD) Very close to lots of cafes/tailors/and other shops.

Cons:

Loved the roof top pool, but no shade from mid afternoon.

Rooms clean, nice balcony and staff super helpful and kind. Location great, short walk to the old town but equally with distance to use the hotel bikes to take a ride around the paddie fields

Spacious rooms. Close to the old town. Pool is good enough with a great roof top view. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Staff were helpful in booking taxis and providing information. Provided an extra late check out for a reasonable fee.

Cons:

Would not recommend hiring the (free) bikes as they are in very poor condition. Rent one elsewhere for 50,000VND.

The position was great. On the edge of the oldtown with everything a short walk away.

The staff were all lovely especially the lady who I think was in charge.

The breakfast had lots of different option, lots of fruit and the most exceptional omelettes

The rooftop pool was really nice with good views over the town and out to sea.

Cons:

Pros:

Staff very helpful nothing a problem. Lona especially went out of her way to make sure everything was fine, including organising a car for us to Da Nang ,very helpful, 🙏.great little private rooftop pool & excellent breakfast 👍

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy with traffic at times, but that's Vietnam! You will find that almost everywhere, beep,beep !
