Everything, from its location to the staff. Super friendly and will do everything to make your stay the best they can. You can grab bikes anytime you want and go cruise for the day. We took a night bus on our last day, and were still able to shower before doing it. Would recommend 10/10.
All the staff were so helpful and organised trips and transport for a very good price. The room and bathroom were great. The staff were so cheerful and always gave us a good welcome back. Great choice at breakfast. Got excellent recommendations for tailors and easy rider.
Didn't fathom out how to change the air con temperature but that didn't spoil our stay.

It's about 15 min walk old town. The street in front of hotel is very busy.
No hair conditioner, and body wash smells like oud.
No pool towel/lifeguards available.

Comfortabel middenklasse hotel nèt buiten het mega touristische centrum. We kregen een fijne, ruime kamer. Bedden zijn hard. Ontbijt prima. Erg fijn dat je zonder toeslag fietsen kunt gebruiken. Wellicht ietsjes prijzig voor het gebodene...Loop vanaf de hoofduitgang rechtdoor ( van de rivier af) en meteen rechts over de drukke weg is er een supermarkt met redelijke prijzen.
We huurden een airport pickup via het hotel en de taxichauffeur gidste ons direct naar een wisselkantoor waar we belachelijk veel commissie betaalden (10%). Moet je niet mee willen samenwerken als hotel. Naast het hotel is een Vietcomvank met een normale koers.
From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is warm, calm, and welcoming — a perfect place to relax after exploring Hoi An. The staff and management are truly outstanding: incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels comfortable and well looked after, always ready to help with a smile.
The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable; everything is spotless and well maintained. Daily breakfast was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day.
The location is ideal: just a few minutes’ walk to Hoi An Old Town, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful stay away from the crowds.

We booked 2 rooms for a week,a jr suite and a twin and both were great. If you like a walk in shower the jr suite is ideal. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10 min walk from the old town, its on a main road which makes it great for catching the electric buggies, buses or taxis. You can hear the beeping of the traffic initially but soon get used to it. I honestly do not think there is anywhere in Hoi An without a beep or 2.
The staff make this hotel special, they are all delightful and cannot do enough to help you.
The same day laundry service is a bonus.
Pool area was fab with decent sunbeds and is a suntrap for a quite relax.
I eoukd highly recommend cafe 43 (left and left again from the hotel and down that road). The food is amazing and really reasonable. It's on trip advisor and Google reviews.

Great location within easy walking distance to get to old Hoi An. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast and clean rooms. The roof top swimming pool was cool.
