Nichts !!! , die Begrüßung war unfreundlich, dumme Scherze uns gegenüber, Aussicht in den Hinterhof, Zimmer komplett so wie das Hotel veraltet, Wellness lächerlich, Whirlpool 10jahre defekt, Sauna 8€,
Das Hotel ist eine voll Katastrophe mit Kakerlake auf dem Flur ( Bilder )

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage. Alles sauber, liebevoll dekoriert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, tolle Auswahl

Cons:

Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung und vor allem sauber und voll funktionsfähig
Schade fand ich, dass die zwei Einzelbetten nicht verbunden waren(reserviert als Doppelbett)

Petit déjeuner copieux et il ne manque de rien

Cons:

Mal insonorisé. Un enfant qui pleure au milieu de la nuit ! Réveillée en sursaut. Pas sympa !
Le prix pour garer dans la rue ou sur le parking de l’hôtel très cher

Leider enttäuschend
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist super.
Gefallen hat mir außerdem, dass im Lobbybereich ganztägig eine Kaffeemaschine zur freien Verfügung stand.

Cons:

Der Duschkopf im Bad ist fast auseinandergefallen. Es hat minutenlang gedauert, bis statt kaltem Wasser lauwarmes Wasser geflossen ist und dann nochmal weitere Minuten, bis das Wasser eine zum Duschen erträgliche Temperatur hatte und ich bin jemand, der nicht sonderlich warm duscht. Laut Google-Rezensionen scheint das Problem schon seit Jahren bekannt zu sein. Ich habe beim Check-out das Hotelpersonal entsprechend informiert. Ob das Problem nur bestimmte Zimmer oder Bereiche des Hotels betrifft, kann ich nicht sagen. Mein Zimmer lag im dritten Stock.
Das Zimmer war ok aber sehr hellhörig.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grundsätzlich vielfältig. Leider waren die warmen Auslagen für Rührei, Pancakes, Würstchen etc. um 7 Uhr morgens nicht eingeschaltet, sodass die eigentlich warmgehaltenen Speisen kalt gewesen sind.
Insgesamt war sehr viel junges Personal im Hotel, das zwar bemüht war aber nicht besonders viel Wert auf Service legt.
