Top-Lage und ein fantastisches Team!
Pros:

Wer eine ideale Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Zum See läuft man keine zwei Minuten, einfach nur kurz über die Straße. Mein Zimmer war blitzsauber, sodass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat.

Besonders begeistern konnte mich das Kaffeespezialitäten-Angebot: Dass man den ganzen Tag über eine große Auswahl aus der Kaffeemaschine genießen kann, ist ein toller Service (und der Kaffee schmeckt wirklich gut!). Das Frühstück ist gut und solide.

Der absolute Höhepunkt des Hotels ist jedoch das Personal: Das gesamte Team ist mega engagiert, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Solch einen tollen Service findet man selten! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, ich empfehle das Hotel von Herzen weiter.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer im 1. Obergeschoss ist recht klein geraten. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht direkt auf die gegenüberliegende Hauswand, was morgens nach dem Aufstehen etwas trist wirkt.

Subjektiv empfand ich die Matratze als viel zu weich. Dies stellt ausdrücklich keinen Mangel der Ausstattung dar, sondern entspricht schlichtweg nicht meinen persönlichen Schlafgewohnheiten – ich teile diese Erfahrung hier lediglich als ehrliches Feedback auf die Nachfrage.

Nie wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das Hotel samt Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Eingangsbereich roch muffig. Die Bar war nie geöffnet. Das Mobiliar im Eingangsbereich war zerschlissen. Wir hatten morgens nach dem Aufstehen Stromausfall, sodass wir das Bad wegen Dunkelheit nicht benutzen konnten. Mussten ungewaschen zum Frühstück und zu unserem Ausflug. Hätten ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel erwartet.

Comfortable hotel in a great location, good value.
Pros:

There was always a helpful receptionist. We had tea and coffee facilities in the room. The beds were comfy and rooms air conditioned. The breakfast was really good. They had a safe storage place for our electric bikes.

Cons:

Old fashioned decor in the lobby. But the rooms were fine.

Rooms fantastic, large lobby area and bar
Pros:

The rooms were great, very spacious and comfy. Tea/coffee making facilities (although only 3 tea bags). We chose not to have breakfast. The Hotel was an easy walk to the lakefront and town centre. There was a Wellness area in the basement which we used.

Cons:

There was a garage to park our bikes at the end of the street (so not directly connected to the hotel) which was handy, but it was very full and when we came to leave early the following morning, some of our bikes were blocked in.

Pros:

Biergarten am See war schön, nettes Personal, gute Salate.

Cons:

Duschen war eher schwierig da Wasserdruck beim warmen Wasser sehr schwach war. Fensterscheiben sehr schmutzig. Handtuchheizung schmutzig und rostig. Beim Frühstück könnten die Tische schneller abgeräumt werden.
