Tolle Lage, freundliche Leute!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Als Hundebesitzer ist man sehr willkommen, es gibt ein Körbchen und Leckerlis.

Cons:

Parken kostet extra 17€, war bei uns aber ausgebucht und wir haben vor der Tür geparkt mit öffentlichen Parkgebühren- auch ca. 17 €/Tag.
Wir waren für 2 Übernachtungen dort, es gab in der Zeit keinen Zimmerservice.

L'albergo è molto bello ma siamo stati sistemati in una stanza singola con letto aggiunto per 2 delle 3 notti prenotate. Non avevamo nemmeno lo spazio adeguato per salire e scendere dal letto

Un posto inaspettato
Pros:

bellissimo hotel in una piccola città piena di pace e di sorprese. Posto perfetto per passare qualche giorno in famiglia. la camera era molto spaziosa e comoda per una famiglia con 2 bambini.

Angenehmer ruhiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den See, lag direkt zur Straße hin, trotzdem aber total ruhig.
Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksbereich.
Der gebuchte Parkplatz war leider nicht verfügbar, stattdessen wurde uns ohne Mehrkosten eine Garage zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Altstadt und der Hafen waren in kurzer Zeit fußläufig leicht erreichbar.
Alles in allem Service, Zimmer und Lage top.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war winzig, viel zu klein. In der Dusche konnte man sich kaum umdrehen. Auch am Waschbecken kaum Platz um etwas abzustellen.

Zentrale Lage, direkt am See, sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal, der Mehrpreis für das Comfort Doppelzimmer hat sich gelohnt: ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf den See, üppiges Frühstücksbuffet, und - als ganz Besonderes- der Kaffeeautomat im Foyer zur kostenlosen Nutzung

Ich habe mich währed meines Aufenthaltes sehr wohl und als Gast geschätzt gefühlt.
Pros:

zuerst einmal die Lage: ich war sehr froh, dass das Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch den Bussen liegt und ich in wenigen Minuten an der Uferpromenade war.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und auch für einen Regentag und evtl. längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Mir hat auch die Möglichkeit gefallen, mir einen Tee oder Schnellkaffee zu kochen, ebenso wie die beiden bereit gestellten Flaschen Wasser.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend angerichtet und auch sehr abwechslungsreich, es war für jeden Geschmack alles ausreichend und schmackhaft vorhanden. Die beiden Frühstücksräume fand ich sehr gemütlich. Das Personal empfand ich als ausserordentlich höflich, freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

eine ganz minimale Kritik: ich hätte lieber eine Dusche gehabt, für ältere oder etwas eingeschränkte Menschen ist die Wanne doch recht hoch zum Einsteigen. Es war erwas mühsam, den Fön zu benutzen, da man während des Fönens den Knopf nicht loslassen darf.
