Very poor stay given money paid for Xmas period, apartment has potential. Won’t be back.
Pros:

Very communicative and quick to respond property manager. View of greenery from balcony and glimpses of ocean. Close to beach. The apartment has potential and actually quite nice. Good elevator. Automatic carpark door. Two ensuites.

Cons:

Apartment felt neglected and not up to standard, ie old looking ac that wasn’t working properly but I fixed on pressing reset on remote; son needed to sleep in lounge with ac as 2nd bedroom only fan and extremely hot; main bedroom window lock broken and could not open window so slept in hot 2nd room with fan on high setting; could not sleep as no block out blinds and nightlight outside next door’s apartment kept flashing on/off through bedroom window (faulty); bedroom blinds have metal rod at bottom and banged against frame when there was a breeze; microwave worked once then electrical burning smell making it inoperable; master shower head kept flopping against wall when trying to adjust, had to leave it set too high for my height; TV in master no instructions on how to use, didn’t work; wash machine worked but only on the preset settings, no instructions on how to use via app; kitten lid broken and contents left in open; front door to apartment no doorstop or feature to stop it auto closing; some areas of carpet stretched/rippled which could cause tripping; paint chipped and bubbled underneath kitchen window; very noisy given it is right on regular bus route and constant loud noise from Harley Davidson motorcycles in the area; also noise from kids at nearby skatepark one evening late into morning; dining room chairs don’t have any protectors on feet and make terrible noise when scraping against glossy tiled floor when moving them; Only 2 toilet rolls provided each bathroom for 2 ppl for 7 days, not enough, had to buy more; on returning 1 afternoon the carpark roller door auto remote didn’t work and had to park car outside and walk around to main door of apartment bldg to go up to apartment to retrieve the spare; towels had some stains and old and thin. All this extremely disappointing given the amount of money paid over Xmas period. I will not be turning and not recommending it to friends n family.

Modern self contained apartment walking distance from the beach, restaurants and cafes, etc.
Cons:

Cleaner knocked on door both days, thinking I had checked out already. Obviously the late checkout & dates I was staying hadn't been communicated to her.

great service provided from start to finish, meet and greet to let me into the property with a walk through, easy custom
Pros:

Easily accessible, modern, and comfortable, fully furnished, all the kitchen supplies for a small family, view of the ocean and the cargo ships in the bay, close to amenities.

Cons:

Few small issues required fixing, but appreciated that it was mentioned on entry of the property, great honesty from the start.
