Luxury and Class in Penang
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and professional. We had a mix up with the room booked and this was sorted immediately. The room was very comfortable and in a great location.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just check that you are booking the right room. The photos of the bathtub room matched up with another room style.

Great hotel to stay at Georgetown
Pros:

Very spacious room and very clean. Staff was very welcoming, sharing a map of Georgetown and points of interest when we arrived

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy as we had a concert one evening during our stay but it was finished after 10pm

La suite était remplie de d'accessoires gratuits. Le personnel était adorable. Les équipements dans la chambre sont très pratiques. La piscine était accessible et propre. L'hôtel propose un service de garde des valises après le séjour en attendant le départ pour l'aéroport.

Great start and will go back again.
Pros:

Location of the property and the suite room which have 1 bedroom, living room, dining table and small kitchen with microwave, illy coffee pods and coffee maker and an electric kettle to boil water. I only wish the management will consider adding more TWG teas in the room. Everyday they only replenish 1 TWG English tea and I green tea packet and there’s 2 people in the room. These are minor issues. Our room are cleaned daily and towels replaced. There’s a gym and infinity pool up on the 14 floor. 1st Avenue mall , Prangin Mall, restaurants, cafes, public bus are easily accessible and within walking distance.

Cons:

Hope the management will consider opening the gym earlier at 6 instead of 7am.
