Pros:

Staff very helpful, sorting things straight away. Nice clean room. And lovely pool.

Cons:

Not central - 10/15min walk to the touristy areas but they do put on a bus everyday to go to George Town and we enjoy walking or very easy to use a grab to get places.

Pros:

The location was good close to Georgetown. Shopping close by little convenience store downstairs is handy if you run out of beers in the middle of the night. Staff were amazing they need massive raises.

Cons:

Room was dirty, tv’s weren’t great and the room just wasn’t to a luxury standard. The building is connected to an automated vehicle car park. Think car vending machine. All we heard all day and night was electric engines and clunking as car were racked and stacked. Bedroom had no natural light. You can’t even open the window to get fresh air. Ambition mistaken for ability.

Pros:

Location was great. Room was large and comfortable with 2nd bathroom and kitchenette. Staff were very pleasant. We had an end suite and the car lift shaft is in action at all hours. It was no problem for my husband but I could hear the scraping of the motor. For many this would not be an issue and the apartment itself was excellent.

Would return anytime!
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and even though we arrived way to early, we were able to check in early. Our room was very spacious and super clean. The beds were the best though! Very cozy.
We also loved the pool area. The rooftop location is fantastic!

As the windows are not entirely sound proof, if your room is facing the Main Street, I think it’s the kombak street, and if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed by the traffic noise especially on holidays or weekend. There happened to be a live band just across the road, performing till 1am, on the day I checked in. so I couldn’t sleep. I requested for a room change which they allowed, with a small top-up to upgrade to a larger room. It was all fine after that. I stayed a total of 3 nights.

Pros:

Ubicación y vistas espectaculares. El apartamento bien amueblado, con buen diseño y amplio, tenia todo lo necesario y si te faltaba podías solicitarlo. Cama super cómoda.

This unscrupulous hotel! I paid with my credit card, and after I left, they claimed there was a smell of smoke in the room and secretly deducted 500 yuan from my bill. We don't smoke, so why did they only tell me this half a day after I left? This is theft, and I must report it to the police.

Best stay over my trip in Malaysia
Pros:

The room, the staff, the location were all excellent. Its not a 5* hotel on the label, but the feel definitely was up there. The staff helped me out massively when I dropped my sunglasses in a taxi. They helped translate the conversation with the driver as he spoke no English, they helped with the mail and they were always always so polite and had a strong willingness to help. It was massively appreciated and I would without a doubt stay here again when in Malaysia.
I stayed in a couple of 5* hotels during the trip and they paled in comparison to the granite.

Cons:

Nothing! The frosted window in the bathroom was a lot of fun, if you stay, make sure you make a funny video

L'accueil du personnel, toujours à l'écoute surtout Arol qui nous a beaucoup aidé dans nos démarches, encore merci.
La chambre était propre et confortable.
