The accommodation is clean spacious and comfortable, the staff are very friendly helpful and service is fast and excellent, from the security guard, parking attendant, reception desk and the porter are all very efficient, whatever we request for like extra blanket towels tea bags and utensils were delivered very fast, special mention is Harun who came back and checked if we need anything else. The car park is super cool with digitalised parking no need for us to go round finding parking, the daily free shuttle bus service is really useful and convenient saved us e-hailing fares and time, last but not least the location is very strategic.

My room have kitchen but there is no cultery, only have a few cups.
Staff Vigneswaran is very polite and helpful, he notice us waiting for grab car and took a chair for my sister to sit, not one occasion but a few times. Ika at the reception who check us in, is friendly and gave good information about shuttle service for morning breakfast. Devan is very cheerful and prepare good welcome drinks to us. Also informative and helpful about facilities and directions. Overall a good experience and we will go back to this hotel when we visit Penang again.
