Great staff, great location.
Pros:

Location is perfect for exploring George Town. Staff could not be more helpful. They even offered us another room to relax in as we arrived before our room was ready.

Enjoyable stay but small touches could make it better!
Pros:

Staff were brilliant and very helpful, nice and clean hotel, good sized rooms.

Cons:

Gym equipment in poor condition (treadmill), quite noisy but have no idea what the cause of the noise was, air con wasn’t working very well.

Big Room, clean, quick and nice service. Nice view.

Cons:

Only one mirror, would ne nice to have a mirror on The Room, not only toilet. Little bit faraway from all The happening. And it quite difficult to walk there, because there is not proper walking roads.

Lovely three night stay in Penang
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and modern hotel in an excellent location. Short walk to street food area (where the bars are), Chinatown and Little India. Staff are friendly and efficient. Facilities are good, with the pool on the 14th floor a standout spot. The bed in my room was great, as was the shower. Overall, a strong recommendation.

Cons:

WiFi in my room was not great, which was surprising given how good the facilities in the rest of the hotel are.

Uitstekende prijs- kwaliteitverhoufing op goede locatie
Pros:

De kamer beschikt over een eigen woonruimte met een kitchenette (niet geschikt om te koken), een magnetron en een eettafel voor 4 à 5 personen. De bedden zijn goed en zeer comfortabel.

Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. Bij het inchecken wilden ze zelfs samen met ons (mijn echtgenote en ik) op de foto, omdat wij de eerste gasten waren die ooit een hele week zijn gebleven. De meeste gasten verblijven hier namelijk maar een paar dagen.

De locatie is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum en het openbaar vervoer. Drie winkelcentra bevinden zich op loopafstand (3–4 minuten) en het busstation ligt op slechts 2 minuten lopen.
