Comfortable hotel with nice staff
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, staff were lovely

Cons:

The noise from the street was a bit loud - but we were there on a Friday/Saturday so it’s to be expected

A pleasant stay of good value in Penang city centre.
Pros:

Reception and security staff are very helpful, hotel and room very clean and spacious, room amenities good enough.
Housekeeping staff we met on 27th April morning in our suite was very attentive and efficient (cant remember his name).
Love the rooftop bar with cool music. Location is good with walking distance to several eateries and places of interests.

Cons:

It seems too hot on level 15 where the aircon compressors are. and the compressors made very loud noise on intervals that we can hear in our 2 bedroom suite at night which compromised our sleep quality. Sound insulation from the corridor is also very poor as we hear the neighbours very clearly.

Pros:

Das Apartment war groß und hatte zwei Klimaanlagen. Die Zimmerreinigung kam jeden Tag und hat alles sauber gehalten. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist praktisch und es war toll, dass man sich einen Kaffee machen konnte. Auf der Etage und am Pool gibt es Trinkwasserspender. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool hat einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und war gepflegt. Das Gym ist sehr klein aber reicht aus für Standard Übungen.

Pros:

Location was good, we mostly could walk to where we wanted to go. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Bathrooms were nice.

Cons:

Very unstable wifi, blocking VPNs. NO window in bedroom, couch was uncomfortable. Elevator being seperate from lobby felt unsafe.

Clean & Comfortable room, good choice of stay at the centre of George Town
