Great place to see Penang and then come back and relax
Pros:

Lots of space in the rooms, Harun from housekeeping was most helpful, great swimming pool to relax, excellent value for money, reception very helpful, good air conditioning, bus trip to breakfast location worked well

Cons:

Lifts could be a bit noisy

The location is very convenient and the overall environment is pleasant. The staff are also friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever assistance is needed.

Cons:

The aircon doesn’t seem to be cooling well, and the overall cleanliness could also be improved. I’m not sure if this might be because the room has been unoccupied for some time.

It would also be helpful if a table could be provided in the room, as it would make it much more convenient for us to work and place our laptops and other items.

Es war ruhig und mann konnte sehr gut schlafen.Ich hatte 50 Tage dort verbracht.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool lagen nicht direkt in der Sonne sondern im Schatten.

Excellent stay for couple.
Pros:

The hotel staff are very well trained and super helpful especially the security personnel Mr. Viknesh, he assisted me with the multi level automated lift parking and taught me how to access it. Mr. Nicholas also being helpful to e-mail the official receipt to me even after I have checked-out forgotten to request the official receipt for payment claim from the company.

Cons:

The entrance access to the hotel is very narrow, driver may miss the entrance junction.

excellent value for money. location is ideal & staff are very polite, helpful & friendly.
Pros:

size of room is very spacious. The layout of the furniture is pleasing to the eye. The offer of pillows for sleeping comfort is very nice. Location of hotel is excellent. walking distance to most places.

Cons:

The building lightings are too dim. & combined with dark granite throughout the building, it can look gloomy, especially during the night
