Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit super schöner Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten Halbpension und sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Zudem fanden wir die Betten sehr bequem und die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Im Spa Bereich hat uns ein Whirlpool gefehlt aber das ist nicht so schlimm

Schöner Kurztrip
Pros:

Erster Eindruck von außen OK, innen aber gleich sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Ruhig gelegen.
Super Buffet am Morgen und am Abend. Da findet jeder etwas.

Der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön , Frühstück ist vielfältig

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es Spinnweben, Ungeziefer, einen Bademantel aber keine Badeschlapfen, Bademantel ohne Gürtel, Email wurden nicht beantwortet betreffend HP Aufzahlung - dadurch kam es zu Kommunikationsprobleme (nicht kundenorientiert), bei vielen Hotels steht eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer - hier nicht, Minibar ist leer und kann nur bis 16 Uhr nachgefüllt werden?! was passiert bei Anreise danach?

Am 1. Tag super Essen, alle sehr freundlich (auch tierfreundlich), warmes Außenbecken topp, 3 Saunen, wunderschöne Zimmer

Am 2 Tag Essen am Buffet zerkocht & kalt, Balkon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eine einzige Dusche in der Saunalandschaft, kein Außenbereich/Gastgarten,

Außenpool angenehm warm, Zimmer mit großem Balkon, gute Betten, ruhig

Cons:

Sehr kleiner Wellnessbereich, eng, dunkel, nur eine Dusche, frische Handtücher musste man sich an der Rezeption holen, keine Badeschlappen auf dem Zimmer.

Speiseraum ungemütlich, Kantinen-Gefühl.
Essen nichts besonderes, teilweise nur lauwarm, Nachlegen dauerte sehr lange, teilweise kam einfach nichts mehr.

Zimmer okay, allerdings mit Flecken am Boden und auf dem Sofa, Toilettenpapierhalter hing erst "am seidenen Faden", fiel dann von der Wand; sehr einfache, ungemütliche Holzmöbel auf dem Balkon.

Zimmerservice: Betten wurden gemacht, Müll geleert, aber benutzte Gläser wurden nicht ausgetauscht.

Insgesamt passten aus unserer Sicht Preis/Leistung überhaupt nicht zusammen.

Das freundliche Personal hat es gerettet würde ich aber nicht mehr buchen

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
In der Umgebung gibt es nicht viele Restaurants. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausreichend. Das Frühstück Top!
