I have stayed here before and was happy to return. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The views are gorgeous. The rooms had everything we needed, including a fan! I liked the brighter decor.
There weren't many power sockets so needed an extension.
The window in the bathroom was impossible to reach to open or close, it would be OK for a taller person.
location very good value for money and good food..Very comfortable and ideal and patient with the elderly generation like us !
Needed a little updating in areas
Pool
Loud music going on the Saturday evening until after 12 so difficult to sleep
The views amazing room size great meals good
Staff friendly polite helpful
Would have liked walk in shower due to knee problems could not climb into bath to use overhead

Nothing
Great location on the coast with sea views from the terrace. Generous breakfast and extensive dinner options
Noise from air con units in room at the back of the hotel
View and room were lovely. Breakfast was good. It was a bit hard to decide what to have for dinner but we enjoyed what we had.
Didn't realise there would be quite as many steps to everything.
Good quite location except for early morning seagull noise.
Not a sea view as we have had before so found it very stuffy on a hot day. There was a large shower but no towel rail.
The only thing that was good at the property was the food.
The room was facing the back of the hotel. It was rite by the kitchen extractor fan so there was this consistent noise. The curtains are torn the fan in the bedroom was extremely dirty with dust. My husband complained to reception, he was told they will look into moving us. This did not happen. The receptionist ignored us for the rest of our stay. The receptionist was the one with dark hair and had it tied up with a pen. The pm/weekend staff where great except for the one receptionist she was so unfriendly and not approachable. We needed a Dr for my husband as he was not well this particular receptionist was so abrupt and half willingly gave me a Dr ‘s number. Every time we walked past reception she would turn away from facing us. She was very unprofessional as a front staff person. We did not expect her to ask how my husband was but out of curiosity I feel she should have asked when we walked past reception. At the end of the day she was the biggest issue I experienced.
Single room at rear with v noisy kitchen extractor fan right beside it. Zero view. Dripping shower, and got locked into my room due to faulty lock. An unsatisfactory and expensive experience.
Lovely friendly staff
Huge balcony overlooking the sea
Dog friendly
Good breakfast
Pool a little small when shared with 3 kids, suggest making it adults only.
Very good
Room was a little decapitated. Curtain lining torn . Windows grubby.
Hotel was in a great seafront location. Staff were lovely & really helpful.
Fridge in the room
The staff and the breakfast was very very good
The rooms was a bit outdated
Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Good location with wonderful sea views. Good breakfast choices
