Their slogan “Come as a guest, leave as a friend” definitely came true!
Pros:

The hosts & staff were all incredibly welcoming! They helped our stay feel like a home away from home. I loved being able to go up to the terrace and have complimentary tea/coffee at any time of the day. Not only will I stay here again my next time I’m in Kathmandu, I will also be recommending this hotel to any friends traveling in the area!

My stay at Hotel Himalayan Oasis was okay, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations. The location in Thamel is convenient, but the overall experience felt average.
The room was decent, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would have made a big difference. Some amenities felt basic, and a few small details were missing that could have made the stay more comfortable.
The staff were polite and helpful, but the service was inconsistent at times. While the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere compared to the busy streets outside, it still didn’t feel as relaxing as I had hoped.
Overall, Hotel Himalayan Oasis is fine for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience

Pros:

Nice staff, clean bed.

Cons:

Opposite there is a coffee with live music so it's to loud to sleep if you're tired after the flight or trekking. Otherwise might be a good budget option.

Hotel gelegen op goede locatie in kathmandu.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel was goed gelegen, midden thamel in kathmandu. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam.

Cons:

De hygiëne in de kamer was niet top, er zaten vlekken op de lakens en de handdoeken roken muf.

Good room but noisy
Pros:

Good room comfortable and clean

Cons:

It was very very noisy. Karaoke bar nearby which went on until 2am groups singing and shouting. Street noise went on until after midnight.
The morning was quiet so best aim to stay there after a night out and time to sleep in the next day.
