Pros:

The staff is very helpful. The location is excellent. Nice specious rooms

Cons:

I didn't have hot water for 2 days, the toilet was not flushing but then they changed my room and it was fine.

Comfortable and clean hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff and helpful when hotel pick up driver got delayed. Location in central Thamel ideal for shopping and eating places. Comfortable bed and clean but basic room. Good value for money.

Cons:

There was building work opposite so was quite loud during the day and then live loud music nearby was at night but if you don’t need very quiet conditions to rest then it is no problem.

Si sta bene, siamo tornati 3 volte, staff gentilissimo e stanze comode e pulite.
Il roof sul tetto stupendo, si può mangiare o prendere un ginger lemon tea.

I liked it enough I’ll stay here on my way back through Kathmandu.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and genuinely happy to help facilitate an incredible experience. The food was also amazing and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

It’s a very busy part of Kathmandu. Fairly noisy late into the evening.

Calm and peacful stay.
Pros:

Good value and very clean and comfortable room. Staffs were very friendly and very good service they provided and we stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed it.

I did cancel the hotel because i have booked the single bed for couple but they told me the room was already occupied so they offer me 2 small beds so I cancelled my booking

Tudo perfeito, staff muito proativo e gentil, recomendo de olhos fechados!
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, a comida deliciosa e barata, e o staff é muito gentil e sempre pronto para ajudar. Sabin me ajudou a decidir os passeios em Pokhara, os meninos do restaurante e da recepção sempre com um sorriso no rosto fazendo o melhor possível para me deixar a vontade, e o chef que me deixou ver como eles preparam momo junto com a sua equipe! No elevator. Bed smell everywhere and cigarettes smell. Very dirty. In the bathroom waste totally dirty. Very noisy: songs, people, music. It was awful experience
