Slightly overpriced for the room.
Pros:

Behavior of staff.

Cons:

No Working water heater. The room was really small for 3 people.The place gets crowded and noisy at night which affects sleep.

A rare gem
Pros:

These guys could not have been nicer to my friend who has autism. I am very grateful to all of them in this hotel for being so sweet and kind and for letting us leave bags with them. We were so happy to stay with you and will definitely be back.

Cons:

The rooftop is under maintenance, but that's the only thing! No restaurant, just be aware, but there's loads of places on that same street, so don't worry!

Brilliant location,super friendly,extremely helpful staff! I’ve had an emergency situation,had to turn back from half way to the mountains,cause of a landslide,back to the same room in a blink of an eye in high season.Fast help to get the next available flight to Lukla.All sorted in minutes.Perfect service!Thank You guys!

Their slogan “Come as a guest, leave as a friend” definitely came true!
Pros:

The hosts & staff were all incredibly welcoming! They helped our stay feel like a home away from home. I loved being able to go up to the terrace and have complimentary tea/coffee at any time of the day. Not only will I stay here again my next time I’m in Kathmandu, I will also be recommending this hotel to any friends traveling in the area!
