Pros:

Spacious rooms and large beds.
Noisy room due to roof construction works opposite our room. View is horrible and looks over a factory and storage silos.
Area is part of the port and isolated from the rest of the city.
Staff require extensive training in client relations. We asked the receptionist to give us another room butno responce from her.
Although the hotel has a covered auto park, they forced us to park on the main street because we refused to valet park the by a hotel staff. It was a rental and we didn't want any damage on the car.

Nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß sind die Fußgängerbereiche und Basare zu erreichen.
An der Hauptstraße ist es teilweise recht laut.

İşte otel böyle olur diyeceğimiz bir otel deneyimini arkadaşlarla yaşadık. Fiyat o tarihte oldukça uygundu. Yoksa fiyat normalde çok daha yüksek gözüküyor.

Samsun durağımızın vazgeçilmezi.
Pros:

Personelin ilgisi harika. Örneğin, daha biz talep etmeden, elimizdeki eriyebilecek ürünleri dondurucuya koymayı teklif ettiler. Temizlik de çok iyi idi, fakat klozet kapağındaki çift taraflı bandı görünce bir yıldız eksik verdim.

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Ancak oda temizliği istediğimizde çarşaflar değişmemiş, yastıklar değişmemiş toparlanıp düzenlenmişti. Ayrıca yeni terlik bırakılmadı yalnız havlu değişmişti.Bence oda temizliği istendiğinde çarşaflar yastıklar değişmeli hijyen önemli.
