The location is excellent, right in the city center. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast is typically Turkish and very abundant. The rooms are charming and clean, and the bed is comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you
The hotel was small about 10 - 12 bedrooms. The staff were really helpful. It was very clean - housekeeping came everyday. The room was lovely, there was a nespresso machine. The shower was good. The breakfast was so big!! It kept us going all day. The location was excellent. This hotel is excellent value for money.
The breakfast was delicious & lots of it - it might have been better to have a self service so people could help themselves instead they brought plates to every table. There was so much waste. We also felt obliged to eat it because we didn’t want to offend by sending it all back. Also there were lots of steps in the hotel it wouldn’t be suitable for someone who had difficulty walking.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die ganze Anlage hat ein bezaubernder Flair und top Lage! Das Frühstück ist hervorragend! Wir würden gleich wieder kommen!
The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful—the standout of my stay. Breakfast offered generous portions, though the quality was average. Room 109 was notably spacious, with a comfortable bed and supportive pillows. The rooftop and terrace were easily accessible, and the swimming pool was well maintained and in excellent condition.
I stayed for two nights. Amenities such as coffee and water were not replenished, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned—sand and hair remained on the floor. The travel company affiliated with the hotel was also underwhelming.
J’ai particulièrement apprécié la localisation de l’établissement, idéale pour découvrir la région. Le petit-déjeuner était super, très varié et vraiment copieux. La vue sur les montgolfières était tout simplement magique. J’ai également beaucoup aimé la piscine chauffée, très agréable. Enfin, l’hôtel en lui-même est magnifique, avec une ambiance et une décoration soignées.
Le seul point que nous avons moins apprécié est l’absence de rideaux occultants dans la chambre, ce qui fait que nous étions réveillés assez tôt par la lumière du jour.
The staff are the best here, they go above and beyond to help you out and organise tours or suggestions of things to do. The pool is great, it's in a central location to town whilst having an amazing view of the balloons each morning, one day a couple of balloons went directly over the hotel.

Nos encantó vivir la experiencia de alojarnos en una cueva, el personal siempre muy amable y sonriente. El desayuno rico. El hotel realmente muy bonito y muy céntrico. Las fotos exactas a lo que es el hotel. Cerca están todos los restaurantes pero es un sitio muy tranquilo.
La cama, para nosotros, estaba un poco blanda ... Estamos acostumbrados a camas más duras. Pero no estaba mal.
