The hotel is in a great location in Goreme, right in the middle of the action. If you are looking for a great hotel at a reasonable price you can find it here. The rooms are in actual caves an the setting and swimming pool is beautiful. We visited on April, but I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting with kids.
Heated pool, wonderful turkish breakfast, great location and super staff who were always on hand to help e.g. with luggage, extra towels for pool etc

Great service from friendly staff and amazing heated pool with excellent views. The cave room itself was also beautifully decorated. It was only minutes to the the centre on foot.

It is a proper cave hotel and has a certain charm. Breakfast is good and the heated pool is great. Location to town is also good.
It is quite basic and the rooms are incredibly dry. Beds are also not that comfortable.

We spent 3 nights there. The breakfast was so tasty, the environment was fantastic and the guys at the reception were so friendly, polite and helpful. You could ask them about anything without any hesitation. :)

Nos recibieron muy bien, con detalles en la habitación como agua, frutos secos, café y fruta.
La habitación era amplia y estaba bien calefaccionada
No repusieron agua como en otros hoteles.
El día que nos fuimos, viajamos muy temprano y no alcanzábamos a desayunar. Le pedí al recepcionista algo para poder comer antes de irnos ya que el desayuno partia a las 8.30 am y nosotras nos íbamos antes y me dijo que no tenía nada para darme.
Además un día se les activo una alarma muy fuerte a las 4am y no tuvieron la amabilidad de avisar que era eso, nosotras despertamos muy asustadas pensando que algo grave estaba pasando y tuve que salir en pijama a preguntar y más encima estaba lloviendo.
La ubicación, las instalaciones son cómodas y la vista es linda.
En el lobby no había agua caliente o agua para hidratarse. El desayuno lo sirven muy tarde a las 8:30 am.
The breakfast was amazing, staff was super nice and polite. The pool with the view was very nice. Staff also helped plan and organize any activities, which was very helpful for us
