Wir werden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Zimmer war für zwei gebucht, leider gab es nur eine Decke. Die fehlende wurde schnell gebracht.
Ausstattung vom Zimmer/Bad war gut.

Cons:

Die erste Nacht war gut, die zweite die Hölle. Leider gab es eine Familie für die Rücksicht ein Fremdwort ist. Auf meine Bitte ein wenig ruhiger zu sein, es wurde alles im Flur geklärt und gegen die jeweiligen Türen gehämmert, wurde nicht eingegangen. Die Rezeption ist ab 22Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, Die jugendlichen Zimmernachbarn waren bis halb zwei Nachts am Party machen, niemand da der einen unterstützen könnte. Am nächsten Morgen wurde wieder Lautstark gegen die Tür der Jugendlichen gehämmert. Dies hatte alles den Charme einer Jugendherberge.
Bei Abgabe der Schlüsselkarten wurde darauf verzichtet, zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung war.
Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr, zumindest eine Ansprechperson am Wochenende wenn eh mehr los ist.

Für die Preiskatagorie ist das Angebot eher durchschnittlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral und vom Bahnhof fußläufig in ca 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für 23 € eher überteuert. Brot musste nachgefragt werden und es wurden angeschnittene Brote vom Vortag (angetrocknet udn teilweise hart) angeboten.
Zimmerservice erfolgt nur jeden 3. Tag (Auskunft auf Nachfrage)
Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel etwas abgewohnt (Wände in Gang und Zimmer zerkratzt, Teppichböden verblasst ...)
