Quedamos encantados con el servicio de personal y de comedor sin duda repetiremos!

Nos quedamos una semana,la ubicacion es ideal si te gusta el tema del esnorkel en la calas,el servicio de personal es fantástico nos llevamos una grata sorpresa!

Pas de possibilité de déjeuner à l’extérieur.
Et très mauvaise expérience au SPA , parcours détente dans une eau à 28, soi-disant 28°….
Juste pour info pour se détendre dans une heure avec des bains à remous, l’eau devrait être minimum à 35°
Payer 40 € pour passer trois quarts d’heure dans une journée. C’est inadmissible de plus certaines douches ne fonctionnaient pas.
Nous avons fait une réclamation à la personne qui était à l’accueil qui pour elle apparemment c’était normal !!!

La atencion y el trato del personal, destacando la del metre y la de los animadores que hicieron que todo fuera mas agradable, aunque en general todos muy bien
La comida esta muy buena
Hotel perfecto para ir en familia y la ubicacion,ya que es una zona muy tranquila

Fantástico.
Pros:

En valoración de todo, pues el hotel es perfecto para relajarte y disfrutar de sus actuaciones,juegos, etc. También cabe a destacar que la comidas eran muy buenas y el personal del hotel y los animadores eran muy simpáticos y agradables, volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda.

Cons:

Lo único era el spa, porque no tenía nada gratuito como otro hotel de la misma cadena en la que estube y que tenía piscina climatizada y jacuzzi gratuitos y sólo tenías que pagar si querías hacer un circuito o masaje.

Buen sitio para ir en familia.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue la piscina para niños. La limpieza en general también está muy bien. La calidad de la comida bien.

Cons:

Había muy poca variedad de comida y demasiada cola en la zona de planchas. Pero todo lo que había en el buffet estaba bueno.

Un hotel de 10, un desayuno que nos salió caro.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien a pesar de que le haría falta una pequeña actualización. La suite es de un gran tamaño y tiene todos los servicios.

Cons:

El WC perdía agua y molestaba para dormir. La nevera no enfriaba mucho.

En general todo muy bien pero nos sentimos engañados por el desayuno de buffet. No lo habíamos contratado y bajamos a preguntar si podíamos tomar solo un café y una tostada pagando lo que correspondiese. A pesar de preguntar a dos camareros distintos y especificar que no queríamos el buffet completo y por tanto, pagar la parte proporcional, nos acabaron cobrando los 12€ a cada uno, así que podéis imaginar nuestra cara de tontos. Nos sentimos engañados.
