Overpriced and disappointing for comfort and amenities

Beds were too firm, drainage problems of sink and toilet, pillows not comfortable, breakfast should be called Continental Breakfast

Very clean big room and excellent breakfast! There was some noisy outside cause it’s was Friday night… but anyway next time if we will be in Charlotte we will choose this hotel again
