Enjoyable and conveniently located
Pros:

Very clean. Smells good as soon as you walk in. Had a heater available at the lobby to keep guests warm as soon as they walk in.

Nice rooms, staff confused when booked by third party
Pros:

The property is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

I was charged twice for the same room and now is disputing and trying to get my money back after paying a month in advance for the room. Told I would not be charged and it was just a hold. Not true.

Fantastic location for attending any event at the center across the street.
Pros:

Ate a quick dinner at the bar before attending a concert across the street. Very convient.
