The lady that comes around to check the room to make sure it can I forgot her name she was was awesome me and my sister just love how she made sure we had everything we needed
Something was going on with the elevator we kept hearing deal tones where the elevator was calling an actual person, and they were the automated system out while riding the elevator thought that was a little weird other than that the stay was wonderful
Chase did an amazing job giving us information.
No cleaning service or trash removal. No towels.

I just want to share 2 things. The first is your valet parking. Josh was the nicest sweetest person. Very friendly and listened to what I had to say. Was very helpful, helping me put my things in the car. He acted like he really liked his job. So Josh you were amazing! Second. I put down $100 deposit on my daughter’s room. Was told it would go back on my bank card when we checked out on July 8th and i still haven’t received my money back. So I guess I’m out $100. That’s a shame. I’m on disability and really didn’t have the money to spare. My daughter called and let them know I hadn’t received my refund, they said, banks put a hold on the money, they do not. I called my bank. We had a medical emergency on the 5th my son in law collapsed after a concert. We had to be in NC for another 5 days. I needed that money to stay til he was released. For food for my family. Just a crying shame. They charge you outrageous prices because there is a concert that night. And on top of that they take another $100. The reservation was in my daughter’s name, Corrine Watts.
This hotel is very clean with comfortable beds rooms with friendly and attentive staff. Kudos to the valet staff especially Sean who serviced us more. His professionalism was impeccable.

Great experience at the hotel. Even better experience with valet. I encountered the valet attendant, Shawn, every day of my stay. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient from the moment I arrived. He handled my vehicle with care and was very helpful in assisting me with my mother and aunt.
