The BOMB 💣

Girls’ Trip
Pros:

My daughter and I came for a girls’ trip and concert at the Spectrum Center. Chase took great care of us and my car. He provided excellent service and friendliness as well.

Great Overall Hotel Experience
Pros:

I stayed here for a concert at the Spectrum Center and had such an amazing experience. We used the valet parking service and had in and out privileges which was nice. The car attendants made everything go seamless and smooth, we were able to request our car through a link sent to our phone. Keon was our car attendant and he was friendly, professional, and welcoming!

My 1st visit to the Queen city!

This is my first time staying here at Springhill Suites Charlotte Town Center! I have totally enjoyed my stay here! Everyone is courteous and kind! The rooms and amenities are much more than expected! My stay started with meeting Shawn, the young man with valet! Shawn was courteous and cordial! Talking about 1st impressions being a lasting impression! Shawn astute attitude is beyond reproach! His aproach to his valet duties was welcoming which made my initial stance more positive! His professional demeanor made me feel more at ease, with mo worries! I knew that I and my vehicle was in good hands! Upon check-in the staff was equally friendly and helpful! I look forward to a return visit! I plan to make this my home away from home whenever I return to Charlotte! Thank to you all, my stay was well pleased!

We came to charlotte for a martial arts tournament. Location was excellent, and everything we needed was walking distanc

Proximity to the convention center. Good breakfast. Good to see security around. Ensuring non customers were not allowed in the building

Cons:

Was not aware that the parking was separate and had to pay. HOWEVER, it was not as expensive as I thought it would be
