The location was a pleasant surprise. I was not expecting to be in a mini city. It was beautiful and a wonderful stay.
The nice scenery
The location can't be beat and the staff is super friendly. I like that there was a bar so I could take a beverage up to my room.
The description on booking.com said that breakfast was included and that was inaccurate. Please update.
Location had many restaurants in the plaza. The area was clan and active but not crowded. Breakfast food was amazing. Water pressure in altar was great. Room was clean and comfortable. View was amazing.
Didn’t have a microwave in room. Small parking lot behind hotel. When it was full, secondary parking was available on near by parking garage. However, with small children to carry it was a challenge having to use the parking garage. When checking in, also very confusing on where to park to go get room keys.

We were there a week, so we had a crazy schedule. Probably, if I'm staying that long, I would want more flexibility on the room refresh. They did it when we asked, but I'm thinking there might be a better way.
Fijne kamer, goede airco die heel de dag aanstaat, lekkere douche, elke dag housekeeping, super aardig personeel, kort bij trein station en diverse leuke barretjes/ restaurants in de buurt.

The building is within walking distance to places to eat with a variety of cuisine to choose from . The surrounding area is pleasant with a family atmosphere . The staff was friendly and helpful.
Our bed had clean bedding but nothing was tucked or placed neatly . The pillows were thrown at the foot of the bed. There was a wet spot in the carpet where I’m assuming they had shampooed the area . Our feet/socks got wet when walking across the floor so we had to leave shoes until bed time .

As always the staff went over and beyond what was asked of them . I have never experiences a staff as friendly and welcoming as, it seems, all your employees are!
nothing was bad maybe I can get an upgrade next time. Seriously though one complaint was if I buy the room through an internet broker I get a better room then when I book it through you. I have to do it through you or I don't get credit for the stay in the bonus membership. what gives?
I loved how their was shops right down and you could walk around everywhere and get food and coffee while still being next to your hotel room it was clean nice good priced I ALSO PUT A PICTURE OF THE COFFEE SHOO NEXT TO THE HOTEL IT WAS LIFEEEE CHANGING
The only complaint is the parking very small or you have to park on the street which I didn’t want to do I wanted to park in the parking lot which it was lucky if you found a spot
