Ottima posizione, ma senza acqua calda!
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, proprio in centro, al primo piano di uno stabile. Poco rumorosa, si sentivano solo i rumori delle pulizie delle strade al mattino alle 6, ma di notte niente . Ragazza della reception molto gentile, parla un ottimo inglese ed era sempre sorridente.

Cons:

La seconda sera siamo rimasti senza acqua calda! Dopo una giornata intera a girare la città non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia e la reception chiude alle h 20. La mattina seguente abbiamo riferito a una signora alla reception che non parlava inglese e non ha capito l'accaduto. Consiglierei di lavare l'imbottitura della poltrona in camera perché macchiata e migliorerei la pulizia del bagno ( capelli sia sul ripiano che vicino al wc).

Great location and good value.
Pros:

Excellent location. Good communication regarding late check in.

Cons:

Breakfast served in takeaway boxes. Not much suitable space to eat in the bedroom. Food was tasty though.

Great place right in the centre of Budapest!
Pros:

Great property right in the centre of Budapest! Lovely spacious room, super comfortable bed and within walking distance of all the main sights of Budapest!

Cons:

Since it’s right on a main street and not super high up it was a little noisy at night time! But still a great stay nonetheless.

Exceptional Customer Care
Pros:

Zala’n went the extra mile — calling a dozen dentists to find someone to perform an emergency root canal on my husband. Great personal care. Thanks!

Cons:

One small suggestion— one coffee pod per guest per day would be nice (vs one per stay, even over multiple nights). Late-night street noise; this was expected though (it is city center).

Pros:

Location perfect for us.
Staff were very good with communication prior to the trip where arrangements were made for a birthday celebration and also advice of things to book on our trip.

Cons:

Miscommunication with entrance code. We had a late checkin so not staffed - we were given a code to get into building at 9pm but could not access. Fortunately other guests let us in after a bit of a wait and the hotel replied not long afterwards.

The first night the aircon did not work properly and the room was up to 30degrees through the night so very uncomfortable for sleep. The lady on reception was able to rectify this when we spoke with her on the morning and the rest of the stay it worked fine.
