The place is in need of refurbishment I was ripped off with money and did not get a refund when I cancelled after a day. The place was not very clean no hot water.

une vraie sensation d'arnaque car le personnel ne trouve pas de solution pour les personne handicapé en fauteuil roulant,
aucun remboursement , aucune correspondance avec la réalité , nous en avons pleuré et souffert de ce voyage

One plus point about this hotel is that they allowed us to leave our luggage and use the bathroom before the scheduled check-in. The only thing that was flawless was the bedding, which was clean and fresh. Other than that, it was a disaster. Literally a disaster. I travel a lot in Turkey. I stay in hotels in the same price range, as well as in hostels. I understand that a hotel may be old and in need of renovation, and that this is a big investment. However, cleaning the floor and dusting is basic. The bathroom floor was very dirty. There was dust everywhere, on the windows and doors. The floor in the dining room at breakfast was so dirty that it stuck to my shoes. Breakfast consisted of bread, eggs, tomatoes, jam and butter. There wasn't even any cheese. The teapot was leaking water with limescale. Never again. Avoid this place. A hotel for people with strong nerves. Additionally: staff members speak Turkish only, no other language.

Pros:

Nothing they are scam and they are showing you the pictures of their other property and when you get there, they take you to a very, very bad and poor condition

Cons:

So they are absolutely a scam and they take you to a very, very dirty hotel that that were roaches on the ceiling, dirty beds disgusting and then when you complain that this is not the pictures that I’ve seen they say oh that’s our other location and if you wanna go there, you have to pay extra

Pros:

Location, Location, Location. The price for the location was exceptional. I got the value I paid for. Shower was warm.
If you are looking for a low budget room with exceptional center of town location this is the place for you.

Cons:

Firstly let me state that I got what I paid for and was good with that. Some of the items that may upset others are:- Towels were so old I used my own, wifi didn't work, room decorations are ancient, Breakfast a bit of a joke eggs, tomato, bread and olives and Cay.

Horrible place to stay. We fell prey to nice, yet false pictures. Rooms were rundown, as well as washrooms. Breakfast was not just horrible, there were actually worms in one of food dishes

The location is good and the first room they gave was very smelly and dirty. Upon request they gave us another room which was a bit comfortable and clean.

No kettle for tea of coffee no bottle water no tissue or toilet paper. Very small room.
