Уютные апартаменты с домашней атмосферой в тихом месте.
Pros:

Тихое место, удобно ходить пешком на пляж, в магазин и на воскресный рынок.
Дружелюбный персонал (помогал со всеми вопросами, в т.ч. с арендой машины: обегав и обзвонив несколько местных контор самостоятельно, все-таки выбрали предложенный Оскар с возвратом в аэропорту).
Большой чистый двухкомнатный апартамент с современной ванной комнатой и полностью исправной сантехникой, возможность брать завтрак (хотя мы, в основном готовили сами).
На кухне было все необходимое, включая средство для мытья посуды, губку и даже кухонное полотенце - ни разу не встречала такого в других апартаментах, всегда приходилось возить свое.
Полотенце и постельное белье меняют раз в 3 дня.
В ванной тоже есть диспенсеры с шампунем и гелем для душа.

Cons:

Наш номер находился на первом этаже и был угловым, поэтому просматривался насквозь, так как дорожка ко входу на верхние этажи идет прямо возле окон, что создавало дискомфорт, особенно в спальне - приходилось все время закрывать шторы.
Очень не хватало шкафа для одежды в спальне - стойки с вешалками было недостаточно, положить вещи, которые обычно хранятся на полках, можно было только в тумбочки возле кровати.
Очень нелишней была бы стиральная машина - все-таки жара и море требуют регулярной стирки, тем более, что ванная достаточно просторная.
Также неплохо бы добавить швабру - пол пачкается неизбежно каждый день, а между уборками подмести или протереть нечем.

Это чудесное место, в котором работают чудесные люди!
Pros:

Я с уверенностью порекомендую это место всем своим знакомым, останавливающимся в Фетхие. Самое ценное здесь — это люди. Они всегда улыбаются, с радостью помогут, поиграют с ребёнком. Уезжать было немного грустно именно потому, что было приятно познакомиться с такими добрыми и гостеприимными людьми. Огромное вам спасибо!
Сам отель просто великолепен. В номере есть всё необходимое: холодильник, тостер, чайник, кухонные приборы, кастрюли, сковородки, чашки, плита и микроволновая печь. Всё очень чисто, есть хороший душ, полотенца меняют регулярно, а постельное бельё — тоже. Новый кондиционер прекрасно охлаждает комнату, создавая комфортную атмосферу.
Каждое утро, наслаждаясь завтраком на балконе с видом на бассейн и горы, я испытывала настоящее удовольствие.
Бассейн — очень чистый и приятный, выше всяких похвал. Купаться там — настоящое удовольствие. Народу почти никогда нет, поэтому не нужно занимать лежаки.
Расположение отеля отличное — рядом рестораны, магазины, остановки автобусов, а до моря всего около 10 минут пешком.
Очень рекомендую и вернусь сюда вновь!

Pros:

Чисто. Мы готовили сами, на кухне все есть. Хорошие кровати. Полотенец хватало. Тихо, спокойно. Хороший бассейн. До моря и магазинов 5 минут. Остановка близко.

Cons:

Главный минус не имеет отношения к отелю. В самом Фетхие делать нечего и море ужасное.

Тихо, спокойно, рядом магазины и кафе. До моря 10 минут неспешным шагом. Ухоженная территория, вполне приличные завтраки.

Cons:

Номер 103 - он ужасен! Окна выходят на рецепшен, постояльцы и сотрудники очень котики беседуют в любое время суток. Под окнами номера бассейновое оборудование - очень шумно (но, надо отдать должное отелю, на ночь его выключали, давали поспать). Рядом с номером расположена кухня, шум и запах от еды с раннего утра.

Another great to stay here, friendly staff as always. Excellent location in quiet area and always a short walk to everything. 10 minute walk to Calis beach, short distance to shops, restaurants and the famous Sunday Market. Easy excess to the City centre and beyond from the bus stop near Bim shop.

Easy parking, nice clean space, great breakfast for I think 5-6€, friendly workers, pool looked beautiful and clean but we did not swim. It’s nice to have patio chairs around the entire pool
