Pros:

The apartment was lovely, in a perfect position for restaurants and cafes and the university hospital, the main reason for our visit.
Our only complaint is that it’s advertised as “adults only”.
We were next to a very noisy family with children and babies. When we complained we were told that the property is not, and never has been, adults only.
Therefore you need to update your info, Hotels.com.

Pros:

Disgustingly dirty. Worst experience in Turkey. I highly discourage anyone from choosing this place. The pictures looked great and I booked based on hotels.com information. I arrived to a filthy room that had obviously been a party room for the guests before me. Hair in the bed and on pillows, in the shower. Dirty towels on the floor. Cigarettes put out on the counter. Left over food and drinks. I was switched to another room that was slightly less dirty and given a clean bed sheet. there were no other rooms available as Hotels.com was trying to remedy the situation. I ended up crying myself to sleep wrapped in a bed sheet on the couch. I was compensated with an $8.00 voucher for future use. There are many great places to stay, this is not one of them.

Very good value for money
Pros:

This place is very new and the accommodation is very spacious, it all seems to consist of apartments which include a very large separate lounge area with full-size kitchen (the bathroom is huge too). Great bed, good wifi etc. It is not in the old part of Denizli but in a well-off suburb full of eateries and shops, with a somehow American feel, easy parking! Please note, when we checked in, no English spoken at reception, I had to resort to my pigeon Turkish :)
