Great location

We stayed here only for a night, but the place was nice. Check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Super freundlich. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war jedoch sommerlich.

Average room. No AC and inadequate lights. No fridge. Food in restaurant was not suitable for international visitors.

電車が動かず急遽当日に予約。一泊するには十分なホテルだったと思います。壁が薄いのか他の利用者さんの声が大きかったのか夜寝る時に音が気になりました。あと朝も目の前の道路が工事しておりその騒音も気になりました。
ベッドのシーツの内側に自分ではない髪の毛があったり、バスルームにも髪が落ちていたり少し清潔面では気になるところはありました。
でもベットの横にusbをそのまま差し込んで充電出来るのは便利でした！部屋なベランダからの景色も綺麗でした！朝食のパンはすごく美味しくて、チーズの種類が豊富でもう一度ここの朝食を食べたいです！
朝食のレストランで働いていらっしゃる女性の方がとても感じがよく、コーヒーを準備してくださり、お一人ですごく頑張っていらっしゃいました！！
トータル満足でしたので、おすすめします！

We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip.

Check in process was smooth but I had to ask questions for breakfast hours, available restaurants, and checkout process.
I was told to provide payment at time of checkin but opted for before check out the night before or after 10am on the day ofcheckout. Noone is in the Reception area in the afternoon or evening. I had to ask the bartender. I dont feel a sense of customer service with foreigners. The staff is definitely cordial when attended.

Very convenient to swiss rail train to Zermatt.

The staff makes this hotel!! Sophie patiently waited for us and other guests arriving for a late check in. She was so lovely that once we got to our room, we decided we wanted to stay for a second night so Sophie moved us to another room so we could spend both nights in the same room. She kindly gave us ice from the restaurant which was closed upon request. She assisted in recommending a hotel for our next destination.

Checked in late and Sofia was so helpful. Room was extremely clean, breakfast was very good. We had the hotel do our laundry and was affordable. Highly recommend this property.

Train Station was right across the street from the hotel.

Conveniently located next to train station. Hotel restaurant was good and very nice breakfast. Air conditioning would have been nice as it was very warm that day.

Die Hotel Zimmer sind modern und schön. Wir haben sehr fein gegessen. Die Musik in der Gartenwirtschaft war zu laut mit nervöser Musik.

Wir sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden. Herzlichen Dank
