Tilava huone ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö.
Kylpyhuone väljä ja pesukonekin käytössä.

Cons:

Parven korkeus on vähän turhan matala kun kapuaa ylös patjalle ja pois.
Televisiosta näkyi vain kaksi venäjänkielistä kanavaa.
Oven numerolukko hieman hankala. Kaikki valittavat numerot ovenkahvassa eivät tahdo heti näkyä näytössä. Saa yrittää näppäillä useamman kerran.

Autolle hyvä ja suojaisa parkkipaikka ja sieltä oma sisäänkäynti talolle.
