Very good apartment near the city center
Pros:

The apartment was well equipped, clean and the staff helpful. Everything was done via the website and chat interfaces. Breakfast was very good, a little bit large portions for us. The building had a dedicated room for kids with lots of toys!

Cons:

Initial received code for parking place was incorrect but support helped.

Et meget fint sted i centrum men det at det er digitalt hotel er ikke altid nemt og fungerede ikke optimalt

Pros:

We stayed in the Mint room. Amazing place, great location, very confortable bed and pillows. The TV was big and smart. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was spotless and the bathroom had a heated floor. We loved the high tech facilities: managed by a very responsive AI through whatsapp, smart locks at the gate, the building entrance and the room.

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Appartment, Kommunikation nur elektronisch via KI
Pros:

Superschönes Apartment mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Waschmaschine, ca 15 Geh-Minuten von Tallinns Altstadt entfernt. Das ganze Haus gehört zu Revelton Suites, es gehört auch ein kleiner Garten und privater Parkplatz dazu. Personal gibt es keines vor Ort, alle Fragen/Interaktionen werden über eine KI über WhatsApp durchgeführt, die quasi in Echtzeit antwortet. Wir haben rechtzeitig alle Infos inkl. PIN Codes für die verschiedenen Türen/Gates des Grundstücks und des Gebäudes bekommen. Man kann bequem am Grundstück hinter dem Gebäude, das in einer superruhigen Gegend liegt, parken.
Das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr schlau eingerichtet. Es gibt eine kleine Waschmaschine (leider keinen Wäschetrockner), einen Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschinentabs usw.
Die Betten sind bequem und es ist sehr ruhig, auch im Haus selbst. Ein paar Ecken von der Unterkunft entfernt sind verschiedene Cafés, man kann auch Frühstück dazunehmen, das wird dann am Morgen in einer Tüte geliefert. In der Lobby steht ein Kaffeeautomat, wo man sich günstig Kaffee kaufen kann.
Das Appartment ist eher auf der kühlen Seite, man kann auch selbst nichts an der Temperatur ändern - anscheinend war die Zentralheizung bei uns bereits für den Sommer abgedreht. Es gibt aber eine elektrische Fußbodenheizung im Bad, die für Wärme sorgt (der Fliesenboden ist sonst wirklich kalt).
Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Cons:

Man muss im Vorhinein über eine Website selbst seine ID hochladen und einen Check-In Prozess durchlaufen. Dieser Prozess hakt etwas, was auch an der Usability der App liegt bzw. das Scannen des Passes hat erst mit mehreren Anläufen funktioniert (Fehlermeldungen wären noch ausbaufähig). Wenn man es aber mal geschafft hat, funktioniert alles weitere reibungslos. Wird der Check-In nicht ordnungsgemäßg durchlaufen, steht man vor verschlossenen Türen - das ist anderen Reisenden passiert, die wir vor der Hoteltür getroffen haben. Ohne Smartphone oder WhatsApp funktioniert das System nicht, das sollte man in der Anzeige auf Booking.com noch deutlicher hervorheben - auch das kein Personal vor Ort ist und nur über eine KI kommunziert werden kann, ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Da wäre etwas mehr Transparenz schön.
