Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Balkon. Sehr bequemes Bett, Kissen sehr gut.
Frühstück - sehr gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum war es sehr warm, leider keine Klimaanlage. Nur Ventilatoren. Wenn man Glück hatte am Fenster zu sitzen, konnte man das wenigstens aufmachen. Brötchen waren sehr trocken, kamen mir nicht frisch vor.

Ruhiges, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das wir insgesamt empfehlen können.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten. Etwas abseits gelegen, daher schön ruhig. Trotzdem ist das Zentrum innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer wirkt durch zu helles Licht und die Art der Fliesen ungemütlich. Es war aber sauber.
Das Kabelfernsehen hatte einen Wackelkontakt und die Batterie des Rauchmelders musste gewechselt werden, was aber trotz unserer Bitte nicht passiert ist. Wahrscheinlich, weil Wochenende war.

Friedrichshafen ist schön, nächstes Mal im anderen Hotel.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Bettenrückwand von Hunden zerkratzt, Hundehaare am Sofa, die haben hier wohl gelegen, Klimaanlage 3 Tage ohne Funktion und das bei 35 Grad, Fernsehen nur ARD, alle anderen mit starken Störungen, andere Zimmer hatten gar kein Empfang und das schon seit Wochen, sehr wenig Parkplätze und viel zu kleiner Fahrradkeller, wir mussten Unsere teilweise draußen stehen lassen.

Nie wieder in dieses Hotel. Würde jedem abraten.
Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt und man mußte selbst den Tisch eindecken und das schmutzige Geschirr wegstellen. Beim Buffet hatte man das Gefühl, die Sachen sind noch vom Vortag. Das Hotel entspricht in keinster Weise einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Personal für das Frühstück war völlig überfordert, obwohl der Frühstücksaal nicht voll war.

Maximal drei Sterne wegen der abgerockten Bude. Mit ein paar Pennergranaten erträglich.
Pros:

Zum wichtigsten, dass Personal. Sehe freundlich, man konnte auch etwas plaudern. Topp! Die Lage ist sehr gut. Drei Bushaltestellen in direkter Umgebung. Dazu ein Supermarkt vor der Tür und Blick auf dem Bodensee. Frühstück war für mich vollkommen olay.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat überhaupt nicht durchgängig funktioniert. Sie war laut und nur windig. Zwischendurch war der Fahrstuhl defekt. Die Balkontür war kaputt. Das Untergestell des Boxspringbettes war so abgerockt, dass ständig Kunstlederteile auf den Boden rieselten. Schlechte Silikonfugen und Schimmel im Bad. Außerdem musste ich den Duschvorhang reparieren. Und normalerweise werden Deckenplatten verspachtelt und gestrichen. Sockelleisten haben sich gelöst und müssten mal wieder angeklebt werden. Fotos zeige ich nicht.

Nice location and friendly peersonel. Clean and nice rooms with balcony.

Cons:

The room I booked was a 3 bed room but the third bed was a couch that turns into a bed. Unfortunately it was not comfortable at all. I believe there is room for improvement there. Also for three people the room was a bit small.

Uns wurde ein Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Bodensee angeboten . Tatsächlich haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick au auf dem Hinterhof erhalten. Buchen über Booking - nie wieder ! Sehr schlechte Lage !
