Rosy Suites Hotel

We went towards the end of October and had a wonderful holiday. Six of us, three couples, were touring Turkey and had the chance to stay at Rosy Suites Hotel for two days. Booked Airbnb.All the rooms and bathrooms were newly renovated and very spacious. The sheets and towels were spotless. All the hallways smelled clean, like soap. The terrace pool and restaurant were unique. We were very pleased and highly recommend it.

We had good experience at this hotel. The reception Amina (Ameena) she is extremely friendly lovely professional helpful. Najatey was fine a smily but can't speak English. Our breakfast same over ten days should have some variety and quantity too. Our big help was Ameena's brother Rustam and his wife. Rustam have silver jewellery shop next to Rozy and his wife runs store two shops away.

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Everything worked from the lift to the key card, the safe, the reliably hot shower and the little kitchen area had all that we needed. The location is brilliant surrounded by market style shops, a bakery cafe, restaurants, two small supermarkets and Emil across the way to book trips. (Ephesus, boat trips or jeep safari outings etc) Everyone is friendly. Each morning we had a delicious Turkish breakfast of omelette, olives, different cheeses, bread, honey, jam and coffee. This was all served to us on the sunny rooftop with its stunning coastal views. (There was no bun fight around a buffet thank goodness.) The staff were smiling and helpful. The rooftop pool was small but great to cool off in after relaxing on the sundeck. Ladies beach promenade was an easy walk and had more shops and restaurants which were good value. The sea was clear with a nice sandy seabed and lots of people sat on the sandy beach. You can catch a dolmus from the back door of the hotel. It’s 50 p for any journey. We went into Kusadasi and also in the other direction round to Green beach, which is also walkable. Green beach has a lovely beach cafe too. We had a second floor room with a balcony looking out over the busy shops and down to the sea. We enjoyed people watching from the nice bistro table and chairs. If you want a quieter room, then have one at the back. Having said that, our room wasn’t noisy at night and our sleep wasn’t disturbed. We did find the king sized mattress quite firm though but then we like a soft mattress. On the whole this was a great value holiday. We flew with Pegasus. They were good value, on time and clean etc.

We arrived in the early hours to a lovely night reception man whom took our cases and showed us to our room. First impression the room was very dated ,hotel basic and room that badly needs a refurb, it’s falling apart and not the cleanest . It is however a 3 star but I would expect the standard to be better.
We slept for a couple of hours and woke up at around 6:30am We didn’t have any water so my husband popped out to try and find a shop open.I sat on the balcony awaiting his return it’s was then I heard an almighty crash and ran into the room to find part of the shower door had completely shattered and the panel had fallen out.. I ran down to reception straight away to tell them. The receptionist man was lovely and came and cleaned the bulk up and told us there was no spare rooms to move us too and it would take time to fix. We accepted this and figured it would only be a day or two without a shower. I’m so glad we hadn’t used the shower yet as i can’t even imagine the injury we would have sustained if it happened while using.

We then Went out to explore the sea front for 2 hours and returned. There was a lady at reception and she asked us what room we were in and proceeded angrily/ rudely to tell us as we broke the shower we would be paying for it. I very calmly explained the situation again to her and told her we didn’t damage anything. She was so rude , had an argumentative approach to the point arguing about past guests who have done things and paid for it. Sorry but none of this was my problem. We are good honest people. If we would have broken anything we gladly would have reimbursed however this incident was genuinely not our fault. A short while later we received a scathing email from our holiday company saying if we caused anymore damages or disruption we would be removed from the hotel. We actually couldn’t believe this was happening to us.

We then waited for our rep to come (that’s a whole different story) in the end we were stuck there with no care or consideration to our safety with a broken shower and reception staff/cleaning teams whom ignored us and looked at us in disgust anytime we walked in and out of the hotel. It was absolutely awful and In the end we paid for the broken shower in the hopes that we may get a more friendly reception and less ostracised and hopefully claim back via the holiday company. The owner still ignored us and we were made to feel so unwelcome. However there was one lovely reception lady and the night manager who made us feel a bit better and less stressed by saying hello etc.

I stayed for 5 days. On arrival, I was asked to pay an extra fee for the air conditioning (£5 per day). This was not mentioned in the booking, but due to the heat, I had no choice but to pay.

Cleanliness was a major issue. There were hairs in the shower, breakfast was poor for the price, and I even found hair in my plate (photo attached). Hygiene did not feel reliable at all.

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Apart from the location, I honestly couldn’t find any positive aspect of this hotel. I strongly recommend paying a little more to stay somewhere better.

Clean and comfortable room.The location is great with a few minutes walking distance to the beach ,supermarkets and shops.The staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay here,staff are so friendly & always there to help,Great little rooftop pool to cool down & plenty of sun loungers with parasols to get out of the baking sun,Had a room with sea view which was amazing,cant fault the place & would highly recommend,we will definitely return but probably get a 1 bedroom apt next time for a little more space than a studio apt,cant wait for our return.

Rooms are clean and tidy. I’ve stay here many times over the past 10 years and always had a good time. Pool on the roof is so nice and great views. Staff are very helpful

Çok ilgili ve profesyonel bir ekip. Odalar çok temiz ve otelin lokasyonu mükemmel. Sabah teras manzarasında kahve ve kahvaltı da nefisti. Bir daha giderim.

Ailecek memnun kaldık , gayet temiz, teras havuzu çok güzel. Otel yönetiminin yaklaşımı ve iletişiminden de memnun kaldık.

İlk gün biraz değişik oldu odada hiç olmaması gereken şeyler vardı ama odayı değiştirdiler onun haricinde gerek havuzu olsun gerek oda olsun gayet güzeldi ilk günkü olay yüzünden temizlikten puan kırdım ama oda temizliği onun dışında güzeldi herkese tavsiye ederim ortalama bir yer arıyorsanız size göre

Aysun Hanım çok ilgili ve zarif biri. Kendine yaraşır bir işletme olmuş burası da. Daha uzun kalmak için mutlaka tekrar geleceğim…

We stayed in a garden view one-bedroom apartment mid May for a few nights. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, bathroom very nice, everything looked new apart from the fridge which had seen better days but worked fine. We got toilet rolls replenished but as these are self catering studios and apartments I was fully prepared to nip to one of the 3 supermarkets across the road to buy some. The whole hotel was constantly being cleaned, corridors rooms reception terrace dining area etc.
From the photos online I wasn’t expecting such a big rooftop area - it’s fabulous. You have the outdoor terrace dining area with easily seats for 40 or more, and the terrace bar. Up a few steps to the pool with room around it for a dozen sunloungers, then up another few steps to a deck where there are another dozen sunloungers, 2 big padded daybeds, and some padded chairs. We spent our afternoons up there and it was bliss, lots of little birds around chirping. The view from the terrace is beautiful.
We slept well in both the main bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area, and enjoyed our little balcony at the back of the hotel, lots of trees and flowers in the neighbouring gardens, and several cats come to visit, we had a mum and kitten who’d made their home under a log in the garden and we spent ages watching the kittens antics.
There was a bit of daytime noise from the hotel next door which is being refurbished.
The family who own rosys could not be more helpful, reception is like being in their living room, complete with framed photos of their gorgeous little dog.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and in May anyway I would definitely recommend, lots of room for everyone.

Very Homely atmosphere. The owner ( Aysun , Emine )was very kind and made sure that stay was comfortable. Definitely recommend to stay and enjoy!

My daughter and I spent a week here in a sea view room . The room was nice and so was the staff . We really enjoyed our stay here . The view from the roof was amazing and location was great . We had no problems and would definitely return. Thank you hotel rosys

Otel sahipleri çok kibar, hoşsohbet ve ilgiliydi, bizimle birebir ilgilendiler. Odalarımız çok temizdi. Otel denize çok yakın konumu mukemmel. Yemekleri de lezizdi. Kuşadasına tekrar geldiğimde kesin burda kalırım:)

Otel sahipleri otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren çok ilgillilerdi. Tatlı yaklaşımları ve hoş sohbetleri sayesinde keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Odalar çok temizdi. Manzara harikaydı. Kendi odamızda yemek yapabilme imkanı olması bizim için çok keyifli oldu. Denize çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde olması en büyük artısı. Tekrar Kuşadası’na gelsem yine Rosy’de kalırım:) Gönülden tavsiyedir.
