Pros:

Very nice family hotel right under the ski slope. Helpful staff and very nice owner. Family atmosphere, pleasant room furnishings, but especially extremely good cuisine - delicious breakfast and dinner. We will return to you next year for a skiing holiday.

Desidero dedicare una menzione speciale ad Elena, la cui cortesia nel rispondere a ogni nostra curiosità è stata impeccabile. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato immensamente è stata la decisione di posticipare l'orario di chiusura della sauna per permetterci di usufruirne: una flessibilità rara che dimostra una vera attenzione all'ospite come persona, prima che come cliente.

Cons:

L’hotel presenta il fascino intramontabile del legno, materiale vivo che ricorda casa e montagna. Tuttavia, la nostra piccola camera si è rivelata una sorta di "scrigno di calore" fuori controllo. Nonostante avessimo riportato il termostato a 20°C, dagli iniziali 25°, la temperatura interna è rimasta troppo alta. Abbiamo tentato di arieggiare a lungo prima di coricarci, ma la struttura sembrava aver trattenuto ogni singolo grado. La notte è stata un paradosso termico: sotto l'unico piumino a disposizione si "friggeva", mentre senza era impossibile riposare. È un peccato che un ambiente così intimo non permetta un reale controllo del comfort, trasformando il riposo in una sfida di resistenza. Forse, in futuro, prevedere una dotazione più varia di biancheria da letto — come lenzuola di cotone leggero o copertine meno invadenti — potrebbe rivelarsi una scelta efficace per permettere a ogni ospite di modulare il proprio riposo in base alla temperatura effettiva, che non sempre risponde ai comandi tecnologici.

Un’altra nota dolente ha riguardato l’esperienza a cena. Sebbene la cucina meriti un plauso, la gestione della cantina è stata poco trasparente. Non ci sono state fornite informazioni adeguate sui costi del vino al momento della proposta, portandoci a scoprire solo al check-out un prezzo decisamente elevato, lontano da ciò che avremmo consapevolmente scelto di spendere. Credo fermamente che l'eleganza di un servizio si misuri anche nella chiarezza: la bellezza di un calice non dovrebbe mai essere offuscata dall'ombra di un malinteso economico.

A volte, sono proprio i dettagli più piccoli — come un termostato che ascolta o un listino prezzi ben in vista — a fare la differenza tra un ricordo da custodire e uno da dimenticare.
