Tropical Dreams - Sarasota Condos Near Siesta Key

We enjoyed our stay here. We cooked in the kitchen, used the laundry room (which was clean) and parking was easy. Good grocery store and a couple good restaurants an block away. It is basic appearing on the outside but inside was updated, comfy beds. There is traffic noise, but we got used to that. Kim was very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

This was a tropical dream come true. Actually we only spent one night but it was clean and the manager was most helpful!!

The hotel is not lit so it makes it extremely hard to find at night.
I was charged a price of $150 for cleaning the apartment ????? But, it was not clean. We had to keep our shoes on all the time because the floors turned our feet black black. There was still food crumbs and dirt from the previous renter, located on counter top, in the sink, and on the floor. The bathroom, we had to run out. and get cleaner for the toilet .

The manager seemed proud of new improvements and they were nice. But, she needs the front lights on to show it off. And if she charges a cleaning fee, the apartment should be clean.

I was traveling with a friend and the two bedroom villa was a great find and value. I would recommend it to family, friends or just a couple who wants a place to relax with space and a full kitchen. It was all good..Comfortable beds, clean, easy parking, BBQ grill, and large outdoor lanai was very nice to sit on with the nice weather as we had our morning coffee.

It was wonderful. Clean and plenty of room for our family. The description was accurate and much better than expected. We plan to stay here again.

A villa was prepared but given the traffic noise, an option was taken to stay in another villa. A bad choice as the kitchen was unclean and lacking in items. Eg. BBQ implements. The villa was in the process of being refurbished and we had a comfortable stay.

Very clean 2 bedroom villa. Wonderful king beds. Full kitchen. Nicely decorated. Great value and close to Siesta Key. Large lanai. Covered parking. It had everything we needed. We will absolutely recommend it to family and friends. Very pleasant quick check-in and answered all our questions on the area.

This was a total disappointment. This was a failed attempt at converting an apartment to a condo similar to a timeshare. The refrigerator was old and smelled. The female manager lied on the phone saying there were 3 bathrooms but it had only one. The tub was old, worn and tiny. The "Lanai" was an old balcony covered with spider webs and a dirty screen. The unit did not have a washer/dryer (it was located in the open parking garage, where the manager was washing sheets) or Iron/ironing board. The manager was unprofessional, rude and wore torn shorts, t-shirt and slippers. There was no office and nothing tropical in the landscaping nor area. It did not appear to be a safe place nor environment for two women alone. The property and the area appeared distressed. We refused to stay and asked for a refund, she refused to return our $1200. We offered to pay for one night, she said lot's of people like this place, but no one was there but us. If it was that great she could have given us a refund. While there a couple drove up, the man got out surveyed the area and they drove off. She told us to just leave. I assured her that I would report this issue. We went to Shore Walk resorts in Bradenton, which had everything we expected. I would advise anyone to not purchase anything with a no refund. This is a clue that the company does not believe in its on product, hotel, etc. This place should be called "Dream Unfulfilled". Any positive review should be questioned.

It was comfortable and clean. Nothing amazing but nothing to complain about.

Very nice apartment type rental. Close to many of the Sarasota venues thats so many visit for. Plenty of restaurants and just down the road from siesta key beach. Kim was very accommodating and was willing to assist with any questions. Great stay at a great value!

It was very spacious, clean, comfortable king beds and had welcoming beach decorating. It was all great. We plan to return.

It was exceptional! It had everything we needed and more. Large amount of space, 2 bedrooms with king beds in each plus a living room, full kitchen, dining area and large lanai, clean and friendly. I would recommend!
