Lattia erittäin likainen. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla. Verhot eivät toimineet kunnolla. Viemäri haisi ja oli tukossa. Sijainti oli hyvä. Sisäänkirjautumisessa oli hankaluuksia. Sohvan päädyt olivat rikki. Nettiyhteys oli huono. Huoneisto oli hiljainen.

Very disappointing, nothing like pictures. Difficult check in and out process, off property to pick up keys. Took 30 min there and back in traffic. ZERO hospitality, rude careless staff personal. TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. Small old uncomfortable mattress and pillows, long cracks in all walls (see pics)"continental breakfast" is a joke with 1 egg 2p bread 2 cheap sausage and a couple tomatoes -$10/person!!!! Weak WiFi, had to restart router twice. No view from balcony, some neighbors windows across the street and some traffic below. Only good thing is that Old town is few minutes walk but not much excitement there either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! GET A HOTEL
I liked the location. It is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars. All the amenities I needed were available. When I didn't go to restaurants I could go to nearby grocery and cook my own meal. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay.
Lovely clean apartment. Perfect location for visiting the main sites in Poznan. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay here again in future.

Nice location
Super lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Miejsce ogólnie dobre jednak mniejsze niż na zdjęciach, apartament potrzebuje małych prac remontowych... (odpadająca farba) wykończenie łazienki. Apartament nie jest tez dobrze wyposażony w przyrządy kuchenne. Piękny i duży taras jednak nie można było z niego korzystać ze względu na brak miejsc (mebli) do siedzenia-tutaj duży minus.

Vond lukt fra sluket på badet, og manglende dusjforheng. Det luktet mat i hele leiligheten når de lagde mat i andre leiligheter.

I really like the room and the design. It has fashionable furniture and everything seems quite new and in good condition. If you want to cook here, they have almost everything you would need!
Apartment was situated in a building dedicated for apartment dwellers. The apartment was in phenomenal condition and was pleasing to the eye. Most of the beds were pullouts or convertible chairs so the comfort level was not ideal in the hot apartment. Communication to the host was wonderful and easy. We were provided several emails between booking and checkin. Just prior to checkin, an email is sent with a youtube video on the facility, and all passcodes to WiFi, front door lock, and room lock. Garage was a great add-on in a safe and security facility connected to the apartment.

Beautiful apartment a block or two to old town. Local shops across the street for items like milk, pop etc.

The apartment was small but very comfortable with all the necessary accoutrements, with a full kitchen (except microwave), all necessary toiletries, towels, bedding...
The living room couch can be converted to a sofa sleeper if you want to sleep 4.
You control temperature in the apartment. A lovely balcony for 2 was present and large windows for light. It is located in a good area with a bank, store and restaurants very close. I would definitely recommend over a hotel.

Very comfortable living area for a couple. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Coffee, Tea are included,
Shampoo, dish detergent, soap, dishes, cups, pots and pans.
Apartment is in a building with apartments. Bank and grocery store close by. Nice balcony available.
Wszystko zgodnie z planem i bez uwag.
Großes Mehrparteienhaus, an viel befahrener, sehr lauter Straße,in fussläufiger Umgebung zur Altstadt und zum Park.
Modern eingerichtet, leider nicht richtig sauber und ein sehr schlechtes, minderwertiges Bett.
Bardzo przyjemny, przestronny i nowiutki apartament w niewielkiej odległości od Starego Miasta i Ostrowa Tumskiego sytuowany w niedawno wybudowanym budynku mieszkaniowym. Dostęp do obiektu uzyskuje się poprzez wpisanie kodu na drzwiach, który wraz z wyczerpującymi informacjami został przesłany z wyprzedzeniem przez obsługę apartamentu.
Dobrze wyposażony (wielka lodówka, płyta ceramiczna, piekarnik, naczynia, telewizor LCD (ale nie smart) deska do prasowania itp.) i estetycznie urządzony. Bezpieczna, przyjemna okolica. W pobliżu dużo miejsc parkingowych na ulicy (płatne w parkometrach od poniedziałku do piątku) lub miejsce w garażu podziemnym (dodatkowo płatne, w weekend nieopłacalne).
To był bardzo udany pobyt i chętnie wrócimy tam kiedyś w przyszłości!
