Great location
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, location amazing, room fantastic.

Cons:

The elevator was broke so I had to walk up the stairs but the receptionist put me on the 2nd floor so it wasn't that bad to walk up 1 flight of stairs but still would have liked if the elevator was worked the entire time of my stay

Residence Stay
Pros:

Juan and Oamel were amazing! However, the floors kept flooding. We did advise the front desk each time but it seems that every time we took a shower the floor would flood. Other than that we had a great time!

Family friendly hotel with good neighborhood
Pros:

We spent a week at this hotel and it was fantastic. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and professional, and the area is great for walking with many close by shops. Definitely recommended.
