Pros:

Отель находится в удобном месте, в смысле добратся до центра города.
В помещении в общем чисто.
Периодически прводилось смена белья и чистка номера.

Cons:

Персонал не учитывает положение посетителя, впервые прибывщый в Европу и не польностью вникавший в местные правила. Несмотря на мою просьбу о перебронировании с учетом сложившей ситуации и вернут сумму с оплаты на 5 дней, в нем было отказано. А это не малая сумма для меня. Я несколько раз направил свою просьбу и отелу и Booking.com. Но нет никакого отзыва.
В помещенни отсутвовали много чего, о чем было заявлено в сайте.
Кондиционер работает слишком шумно.
В номере отсутствуют тумбочки, шкаф для одежды и сейф.
Звукоизоляция существует только снаружи, а внутри отеля-вокруг номера было часто шумно.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y el ambiente es realmente agradable. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Annis, quien desde nuestra llegada fue muy amable y atento, especialmente con mi hija y conmigo, ya que era nuestra primera vez en la ciudad. Además de brindarnos un trato excepcional, nos ofreció recomendaciones e información muy útil para conocer mejor el lugar. Sin duda, su amabilidad hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. ¡Muchas gracias!......


Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre ist wirklich angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Betreuung durch Annis, der von unserer Ankunft an sehr freundlich und aufmerksam war – insbesondere gegenüber meiner Tochter und mir, da wir zum ersten Mal in der Stadt waren. Außerdem gab er uns viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen und Informationen, um die Stadt besser kennenzulernen. Seine Freundlichkeit hat unsere Erfahrung definitiv noch schöner gemacht. Vielen Dank!

Das Hotel ist gut, für uns jedoch nicht geeignet, eher für junges Publikum
Pros:

Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, daher war der Weg von 2km bis zur Innenstadt kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Kein Schrank im Zimmer, lediglich 4 Haken mit Drahtbügeln an der Wand. Nur ein Lichtschalter für die Nachttischbeleuchtung beider Betten. Die Tiefgarage hat 25€ je Tag gekostet. Um die Ecke kann man für 3€ je Tag am Wochenende (ab Freitag nachmittags) parken.

Hotel pessimo e sporco - Staff pessimo- Struttura decentrata

Struttura accogliente e moderna

Cons:

Alla reception troviamo una sola persona che fa un po di tutto, da bartender, all’accoglienza, al check-in/checkout, addetta al parcheggio alla colazione. Lo Staff è poco o per nulla cortese e indisponente. Le pulizie delle camere, e di conseguenza il cambio degli asciugamani, li fanno ogni tre giorni. Se chiedi dei teli puliti quasi quasi ti fanno una cortesia se li trovano. Le camere sono sprovviste di armadio, ci sono solamente 4 grucce per appendere le giacche ma non si ha la possibilità di poggiare nulla, neppure una semplice maglia. La posizione è molto decentrata e fuori dal centro. Struttura Sconsigliata vivamente.
