Pros:

The staff were very friendly and kind. Check in/check out was fast. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts! There were so many different options and very delicious! The kids really liked the pool, although I thought it was quite small and crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Not the greatest
Cons:

the customer service was ok, i did have access to things like hot water i thought there should be kettles in the room. Also the room was quite small. The fridge in the room wasn't working some of the food we brought got bad. Pictures on the internet was quite different from what the room looks like.

Pros:

Quick and easy check-in (booked online with booking.com). The room was fantastic, beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

Multiple drunken people about being loud all night. Plus a hockey tournament going on in town i belive, so there were lots a U18 people running up and down the halls playing hockey and yelling all night long and super early into the am. Staff didnt really care to much and just let it happen.
