Cons:

Der Pool war nicht benutzbar, da absolut dreckig! Auch die Pool Umgebung war in einem schlechten Zustand. Genauso wie der Boden im Zimmer. Wir mussten auch direkt das housekeeping holen, um unser Bett neu zu beziehen, da überall Haare waren.

More than decent for a short stay.
Pros:

Seaview. Comfortable room. Lots of light controls etc in the room. Window facing desk that was great for work.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small and cramped for a room that size, and there wasn’t really anywhere to walk to from this hotel. Breakfast had a seemingly huge variety but most of it didn’t look good or appropriate for breakfast, so we were limited for options.

Genoten van het mooie uitzicht en ontbijt. Zeker een aanrader en zou ik een volgend keer weer boeken

Ontbijt was redelijk, fruit had beter gekund (rijper) en vaker aangevuld. Hopelijk is dit een volgend keer wat verbeterd.

Cons:

Kolintang muziek is mooi en typisch Manado. Maar elke ochtend hetzelfde nummer gaat wat vervelen. Afwisseling met andere nummers is denk ik voor zowel gasten als personeel wat gezelliger.

The front desk service was exceptionally good.
Pros:

The room I booked initinally wasn't to my liking. I decided to upgrade my room and with the help of the hotel this was made possible. The front desk service was exceptionally good. The sea view room was amazing. Any issues where immediatly picked up and either fixed, temporarily fixed or not fixed. The bed was big enough for 6.3ft but the shower wasn't.

Cons:

The smoking room had wear and tear. It also had a sewage smell in the bathroom.
The door lock didn't work properly and the shower head holder was loose and as a result when turning on the shower, the it would spray into the bathroom.

Pros:

The staff members were friendly, and the breakfast offered a wonderful selection of food choices. The amenities provided were excellent, and the ocean views from the room were truly stunning. Overall, the experience was great, and the staff met and exceeded my expectations.

- große Auswahl am Frühstück
- wenn man Glück hat sieht man aus den Meerblick Fenstern Schildkröten
- gute Lage

Cons:

- das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen & könnte hier und da renoviert werden
- Sauberkeit im Flur muss deutlich verbessert werden
- Dusche & Klima waren bei uns defekt & konnten nicht einwandfrei genutzt werden

ik had een app gekregen dat ik moest betalen met al mijn gegevens erbij! Het bedrag was veel te hoog dus scam. Toen ik het vertelde aan de receptie werd er heel luchtig over gedaan.. waarschijnlijk scam van binnenuit! Oppassen dus bij dit hotel
