The front desk service was exceptionally good.
Pros:

The room I booked initinally wasn't to my liking. I decided to upgrade my room and with the help of the hotel this was made possible. The front desk service was exceptionally good. The sea view room was amazing. Any issues where immediatly picked up and either fixed, temporarily fixed or not fixed. The bed was big enough for 6.3ft but the shower wasn't.

Cons:

The smoking room had wear and tear. It also had a sewage smell in the bathroom.
The door lock didn't work properly and the shower head holder was loose and as a result when turning on the shower, the it would spray into the bathroom.

Great value for the money.
Pros:

The staff members were friendly, and the breakfast offered a wonderful selection of food choices. The amenities provided were excellent, and the ocean views from the room were truly stunning. Overall, the experience was great, and the staff met and exceeded my expectations.

The location’s amazing, pretty close to the shopping centre.

Cons:

please make sure the food’s warm enough before giving it to the guests. I was ordering the food from the hotel but it was cold.

- Sauberkeit im Zimmer

- wenn man Glück hat sieht man aus den Meerblick Fenstern Schildkröten
- gute Lage

Cons:

- das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen & könnte hier und da renoviert werden
- Sauberkeit im Flur muss deutlich verbessert werden
- Dusche & Klima waren bei uns defekt & konnten nicht einwandfrei genutzt werden

ik had een app gekregen dat ik moest betalen met al mijn gegevens erbij! Het bedrag was veel te hoog dus scam. Toen ik het vertelde aan de receptie werd er heel luchtig over gedaan.. waarschijnlijk scam van binnenuit! Oppassen dus bij dit hotel

La struttura è estremamente sporca: al nostro arrivo la camera era indecente, peli e capelli sul pavimento e nel lavandino, scarichi maleodoranti, polvere ovunque e formiche sul pavimento (all'ottavo piano). Dopo aver chiesto una pulizia accurata, per un paio di giorni la situazione è migliorata, ma poi è tornata come prima. Bagno scomodo. Corridoi e aree comuni nelle stesse condizioni con piatti di pasti consumati che rimanevano fuori dalla porta per ore e ore. Colazione forse adeguata per gli asiatici ma da un Best Western mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di meglio anche per gli altri. Sconsigliato.
