Fein, einfach, freundlich, alles sehr nah
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Zu dünne Wände. Wir haben fast alles von Nebenzimmer gehört. Aber sie können nichts dafür machen.

Хочу выразить благодарность администрации за хорошо проведенное время и внимание.
Pros:

Сотрудники и хозяева отеля. Расположение, близко к морю, всё в шаговой доступности.

Cons:

В бассейне купались редко, так как он открытый и из за этого был немного пыльный, желательно чистить его сачком ежедневно. Фильтр в бассейне работает, все хорошо.

Отличный отель в городе Кушадасы.
Pros:

Дружелюбие персонала, помощь во всём от работников на ресепшн, особенно, большая благодарность Gülsüm! Огромное спасибо за то, что дали номера лучше, чем мы бронировали! Отель очень хорошо расположен, недалеко от моря, от набережной. Уютно, красиво, есть кондиционеры, холодная питьевая вода, чай, кофе, чайники в номере, отличный завтрак.
Предоставили возможность ждать такси в прохладном лобби на экскурсию, Это было очень кстати, так как на улице была сильная жара!
СПАСИБО за всё!

Ничего такого вспомнить не могу. Всё было замечательно.

One of the shower doors was missing, the fan conditioner was leaking water anytime we turned it on, the cleaner knocked on the door once to clean the room but we ware asleep, there was cracks on the balcony, we kept having to ask for towels,

Pessima pulizia, nel bagno non avevamo il box doccia e ovviamente si è allagato tutto. La colazione doveva essere dalle 8 alle 10, ma alle 8:45 ancora non avevano finito di preparare

L' accueil du personnel ,les chambres propres, la mer à proximité, la disponibilité et la compréhension du personnel

Cons:

Juste l' emplacement dur a trouvé une place pour se garer devant l hotel maïs honnêtement pas vraiment un souci car un parking pas cher pas loin.

Personal muy gentil
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento y nos colaboraron en todo momento.
Tuve una reunión después de hacer el check out y me dejaron utilizar su sala para poder realizar esta reunión virtual. Muy buena atención en general.

Cons:

El baño tenía una puerta que no cerraba bien, pero nada grave.
Tuvimos visita a las 8h30 así que lastimosamente no tuvimos desayuno porque según los horarios del hotel empieza a las 9, quizás es un poco tarde para aquellos que desean hacer visitas durante el día en la ciudad o alrededores
