Non uguale alle foto presenti: stanza mezza rotta, muro e pavimento scrostati, luce del bagno praticamente inesistente
Pessima pulizia, nel bagno non avevamo il box doccia e ovviamente si è allagato tutto. La colazione doveva essere dalle 8 alle 10, ma alle 8:45 ancora non avevano finito di preparare

Juste l' emplacement dur a trouvé une place pour se garer devant l hotel maïs honnêtement pas vraiment un souci car un parking pas cher pas loin.
El personal fue muy atento y nos colaboraron en todo momento.
Tuve una reunión después de hacer el check out y me dejaron utilizar su sala para poder realizar esta reunión virtual. Muy buena atención en general.
El baño tenía una puerta que no cerraba bien, pero nada grave.
Tuvimos visita a las 8h30 así que lastimosamente no tuvimos desayuno porque según los horarios del hotel empieza a las 9, quizás es un poco tarde para aquellos que desean hacer visitas durante el día en la ciudad o alrededores
Location and pool were great.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Lift is very small and does not go to everyfloor, you need to walk up or down some stairs.
Locatie is geweldig. Nette schone kamers. Badkamer is wel erg klein en heeft onderhoud nodig.

Staff were adequate but not friendly.
The location is great - no hill, close to the public beach (which is a bit dirty i must say) and the marine promenade; the size of the room; the breakfast was varied; the staff were helpful (but i needed to contact them via whatsapp on the quoted phone number as i did not get a response to my booking message). Also, if you plan to book tours (i.e. Ephesus /Pamukkale) you might go to the central streets and try directly from the tourist companies for a little bit better price 5/10 euro less)
No wifi; the fridge could not work when the key card was not in place; the fact that the facilities were a bit outdated and there was no proper swimming pool were not an issue for us but just mentioning it in case it matters; there were a bit fewer hooks in the bathroom and not many hangers but still manageable.

Слышимость в номере ,спать было не выносимо ,соседи будто в тебя в шкафу ,за 4 дня полотенца не поменяли ,в номере никто не убирал ,мусор не выносили .Посуда не домытая на вилках и тарелках остатки пищи .
La habitación estaba separada de la habitación contigua por el armario que no estaba bien empotrado, se veia la otra habitación a traves de la separacion entre el armario y la paret y claro, tambien llegaba el sonido como si fuera una única habitación. Las instalaciones electricas dan miedo, los cables unidos de cualquier manera, el secador empalmado al enchufe sin protección y los enchufes del cabecero estaba suelto y se salia dejando el mecanismo a la vista…
La limpieza muy justa. Se nota que han hecho la reforma ellos mismos con buenas intenciones pero poco conocimiento.
La calle donde está parece sacada de una peli de catastrofes, edificios en contruccion abandonados, edificios de pisos sin habitantes, locales cerrados.

Расположение отеля отличный, в целом отель не плохой. Завтраки однотипные, воду ставят только при заезде, дальше можете приобрести на ресепшен. Сдавали вещи в химчистку, не вернули одну любимую рубашку, ссылаясь что скорее потерялись при стирке, благо, сотрудник отеля возместил сумму новой рубашки( вещи после стирки не гладят). На ресепшен попросили убрать комнату в третий день, проигнорировали ( как вариант предположили, что забыли). Рядом с отелем есть кафешки и караоке, шумят до утра, мешали спать.
Çalışanlar oldukça ilgiliydiler. Oda temizliği konusunda çok dikkatliler. Genel olarak her şey güzeldi ve tavsiye ederiz.
Odadaki TV'in küçük olması, odadaki düzenin daha sade ve kullanılabilir alanın az olması. Gardrobun daha büyük olması gerekiyor, eşyaları yerleştirmekte zorlandık. İnternet ağının zayıf olması
It was a good hotel considering what we paid — very economical. The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and lovely, especially the hotel manager (a woman) and Alireza, an Iranian guy who was very helpful to us. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel to everyone, especially to Iranians."
