Birthday outing
Pros:

I loved the bed it was so comfortable the location was great close to a lot of restaurants and shopping the room was spacious, cozy and very clean I hate we only spent one night we will definitely book again!

Cons:

The only thing was our room wasn't ready when we arrived we had to wait for about an hour before we could get settled in but still wasn't disappointed because we went to a restaurant close by while we waited

We had a comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location with plenty of shops and food options nearby. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. The room was quiet, clean and had plenty of room.

Pros:

It was average. I travel to Montgomery often. It’s been years since I stayed here. I don’t mind if a hotel is old. My biggest concern is always “is it clean”. That shouldn’t be something you have to pay extra for at any hotel. It wasn’t. Hair in the tub and all around the bathroom, shower curtain was molded, hand and face prints on glass and windows. At best I rate that s hotel average.

Pros:

Unfortunately had to swtich rooms twice.
1st room - door did not lock so anyone could have entered room without a key.
2nd room - TV had no signal. My take in dinner was cold by the time i was able to get into another room.
3rd room - thought everything would be ok... however sink drain did not work well at all.

Very disappointed in the rooms not being fully safe and functional. I've stayed here multiple times yet will not anymore.

Staff on duty was very responsive and kind. So not faulting them.

Marriott standards should be better. Very disappointed!!

Pros:

Everything was great, especially the staff. If I had to make a recommendation, it would be to have ice machines available on each floor. I had to go to the lobby to get ice, which was not too much of a hassle, yet not very convenient.
