It’s not pay when you get to the property. You have to
Place a credit card information first then you get a reservation. Second I booked for two nites, however I had to leave the second nite due to personal reasons. The front desk explained when we checked in that because I booked through a third party I would be charged for The second nite. So, I was forced to miss a religious function back home. You can’t really cancel once the reservation is made.
The breakfast that was complimentary wasn’t as great. The sausages were dry and not much selections.

Pros:

This is an exceptional option for staying in Estero and the surrounding areas. The hotel is fantastic in many aspects; it’s impeccable, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be any better. The staff is lovely and friendly from the moment you walk into the lobby. We highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for an escape to the West Coast of Florida for a relaxing trip. We want to thank you for another wonderful experience. Until next time, we will try to return from the East Coast of Florida as soon as possible.
