Pros:

The staff were great. My AC was out at home and I decided to grab a hotel. The front desk noticed I was miserable and got me refreshing water while I checked in.

Cons:

My AC was out and theirs wasn’t much better.

Agradable, cómoda. Volvería.
Pros:

La suite muy amplia, cómoda, bien dispuesta. Todo muy limpio y agradable. El personal amigable, el desayuno puntual y suficiente.

Cons:

La ubicación resultó ser un poco lejana al destino que estaría visitando. Indispensable rentar carro para movilizarse.

excellent customer service but the amenities not so great management needs to step it up if there workers are super grea
Pros:

room service was next level super clean and always bringing fresh towels upon request

Cons:

the breakfast was decent, but not to good the gym was horrible due to the tenets and doing laundry there was super inconvenient

Pros:

Grill area , pool area, breakfast , and also parking near the doors made it easier to get my kids in and out safely.

Cons:

Pricing for snacks up front but I also understand.
