Pros:

I was not able to enjoy the breakfast because of different things I was doing on my trip but I will be back.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like I just needed extra pillows I need stronger pillows thicker pillows but everything was perfect

It’s a good place
Pros:

It was beautiful. Clean and the staff was great.

Cons:

The bed was hard and the shower was weird. No door to close on the shower it self and it was too far of a reach to adjust the water temp.

The downtown Hershey location is great. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

The pillows were way to soft for my liking and noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms could easily be heard inside the room.

Pros:

Location was easy to find. Front desk person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I don't like Starbucks for breakfast. Was expecting a full-service breakfast buffet. It was very noisy by our room. There was no hot water for a shower at 7:00 AM. The 2 young men at front desk during check out couldn't provide directions to get to PA turnpike.
