Pros:

Big room. Close to downtown. Bistro staff were nice.

Cons:

Beds were low to the floor. They had no boxspring. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

Nice staff and great bar tender with wonderful personality .

Cons:

Our rooms were not ready upon arrival.
I waited 2 hours after check in time for my room .
Never able to get rooms next door to requested rooms together with family members for whom I was responsible.
I booked the rooms one month before and had requested rooms next to each other.
You no longer offer coffee or tea in the lounge area. How unfortunate.

Bed was to firm. Pillows had no give. Was hard to sleep. Found hairs that weren’t mine.
