The front desk staff were amazing!! So polite and nice.
Breakfast was amazing! The gentleman serving was doing an amazing job. The pool was warm! The kids loved it. Our suite was clean! The kitchen was very to have!

We booked our stay on Aug 20th. When we arrived to check in at 10 pm on Sept 16th we were told our reservation had been cancelled because someone had double booked our room earlier that same day. When I asked why we weren't notified the woman behind the desk said "I don't know. She said someone would call you." I asked who was supposed to call us. The woman replied "I don't know, it wasn't me. I didn't cancel your room. She did it. She does this all the time." The woman was rude and belligerent. She was unwilling to call the manager, or look up sister properties that may have an available room. My husband and I sat with our young son in the lobby for over an hour making phone calls to other hotels trying to find one with an available room. The woman walked in and out of the lobby many times - doing her work. But every time she passed us she was glaring and rude.
I don't understand why:
-we weren't notified of the cancellation
-the manager was unavailable
-the receptionist was rude
-she refused to look up the hotels sister properties
-someone else was given that room that day when we had reserved it three weeks in advance
What a great place to stay for an overnight business trip to Commerce City. It is an exceptional location with terrific rooms and a terrific staff. It would be the only place I would stay when I have to go to the Denver area.

Rooms and cleanliness
Checking in, the front desk representative was rude. My room was paid for, and she had a problem with the card I was using for incidentals. She was rude and condescending as if my card wasn't good enough for status. They only used 20.00 for incidentals, and she acted if Chime Card wasn't good enough. When I used the card for paiding for the room. Make it make sense.
We had no air conditioning and the windows didn't open, resulting in temps in the room of ~83 degrees. The response from the hotel was "we're working on it."
Not much point in paying for a hotel room where you can't sleep well and everyone wants to get the heck out of the room as quickly as possible.
Marriott CR ignored the message I sent and pretended I had a different issue.
I will stay again in this hotel i love the area , esay to walk around excellent breackfast and staff. The only one thing i hope the fix quick it is the air conditioning was not working in the whole hotel, oir room was very warm like sauna. I hears other guesses saying the same about their rooms.
Everything was fine. Room was spacious, clean and quiet.
Arrived and 2 other families were waiting at the front desk to check in and no one was there. They said they had been waiting a while. We only waited maybe 5 minutes and the front desk lady came back and got everyone checked in.
