Disappointed that advertised amenities were unavailable
Pros:

The suite was a good size for our family. The breakfast is great.

Cons:

The pool was closed. The only reason we booked this stay was for the pool, we could have driven home or we could have gotten a cheaper hotel without a pool. We were told it would open in the morning and then it didn't and our stay was over.

The room we were given had quite a bit of damage to the walls and carpet. We were worried the whole time we'd be blamed for the damage. (We took pictures upon arrival)

The bed was pretty broken in feeling.

Our stay was very disappointing from start to finish. After a long drive, we arrived at the hotel and received no greeting from staff. The lobby was extremely dark, which made the first impression even worse.

When we got to our room, it was far too small—there was barely any space to move around. We then discovered the microwave wasn’t working. After calling the front desk, we were told there was no maintenance available, so we had to pack up again and move to another room.

Unfortunately, the second room had its own issues. The phone and coffee maker were both not working, and the front desk staff said there was nothing they could do at that moment. The bathtub also had no anti-slip mat, which is a basic safety feature. When I requested one, I was initially told they don’t provide them, but after insisting, the staff eventually brought one.

The next day, we requested the phone be repaired, as we are visiting from Canada without roaming, and having a working room phone is important in case of emergencies. A maintenance staff member came but said he couldn’t fix it—there was no follow-up or apology from management.

Breakfast was another letdown. The dining area was too small for the number of guests, resulting in long lines, and the food (especially the eggs) was soggy and unappetizing.

To make matters worse, the carpets throughout the hotel smelled strongly of smoke, which made the overall environment very unpleasant.

Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor customer service, and cleanliness issues made this a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

I just expected a whole lot more for $350 a night. This is a very basic hotel but very clean.
Pros:

It was very clean, and most of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The lobby was also the dining room and while trying to enjoy some quiet morning coffee, they were cleaning that area. We were not able to use the swimming pool because it was incredibly cold and small children were doing exactly as the signs said not to do. One of the breakfast ladies was pretty consistently unapproachable. Everything was nice and clean, but it was just not worth $350 a night.

A surprisingly excellent beginning to our cruise Vacation.
Pros:

The shuttle from SeaTac and to surroundings was a definite plus. The drivers and the front desk employees were personable and helpful. The room was comfortable for 5 adults and the breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options.
