Great hotel
Pros:

It’s a great hotel, the staff is great and attentive. Breakfast is great. Location cannot be better.

Cons:

The private surf classes are super expensive, we took them from another place at the end. And this is a personal preference but they only have sheets to cover yourself not duvet.

For $250 a night, this hotel delivered one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Room cleaning was “opt-in,” but no one informed us, and when we requested it, our request was flat-out refused.

At the gym, there were no cups at the water cooler — when I asked why, the manager said it was because they want guests to buy bottled water (!!).

The facilities are average at best, and the service is shockingly poor for the price. Overall, a complete waste of money.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay.. a little limited. The lattes were amazingly good! Service was top notch

Cons:

You need a better gym - could be enclosed with AC and an elliptical or treadmill or bike. Not all of us are yoga and surfer fans. The hard concrete floors don’t work with older joints even though I am active. It would also be fun to offer some hikes.
