Excellent value for many in a fantastic location
Pros:

The room size was exceptionally good value , the central location was fantastic and the cleanliness was very good , the choice for breakfast was also very very good & all the staff we interacted with were a credit to the establishment

Cockroaches were the biggest problem, they can do a lot more better maybe other rooms which done have balcony dont face this

Pros:

We loved staying at Aviatrans. The location was great, the breakfast was delicious with a different selection of food every morning, the staff were friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The best location , with great price if I ever come back to Erevan, this will be the place !
Pros:

Everything: the location, everything is walking distance the best restaurants, coffee shop and museum. The room is clean and spacious perfect for the family. The breakfasts- had good options plus you can order from the menu

Cons:

Отель очень старый и потрепанный. Кондиционер сначала было непонятно как включить, пульт с полностью стёртыми кнопками, при включении стучал и не давал спать, бачок в туалете треснут, двери, такое впечатление, что после потопа все вздутые. Подушкам наверно лет 15-20, очень тонкие и уже повидавшие жизнь. Завтрак в отеле с 8, что очень поздно, если вам в аэропорт и не предлагают какой либо вариант перекуса.

La posizione è ottima.

Cons:

Albergo datato e sciatto, male odorante le aree delle camere e le stanze per via di una vecchia moquette. Stanze medicramente pulite. Area colazione vecchia, con tovaglie sporche. Colazione con poche varianti (no espresso, no latte vegetale, croissant duri). Bagno vecchio con ceramica del lavabo e doccia sbeccata. Solo vasca. Mancava la luce sullo specchio in bagno.

Pros:

Staff members are kind but they cant solve issues if u have it with the room. Only good is big room and location.

Cons:

Nothing works proper, tv was broken, need to be replaced. Wifi not worked at all. Door opens with the metal keys, so difficult to use if u dont have a pocket or bag. Room tired, cracks on walls, doors wardrobe not slide, stack time to time. Breakfast low end.
