The location
Unfortunately, our stay at Aviatrans Hotel was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the staff and overall attitude. We rarely felt welcomed—most of the staff seemed rude, unfriendly, and as if they didn’t really want guests there.
The elevator situation was also frustrating. There is only one elevator for the entire hotel, and sometimes the cleaning staff use it as well. We had to wait around 10 minutes just to get to our room on several occasions. The elevator itself is old and clearly needs maintenance.
The lobby toilets were not very clean and also appeared to need maintenance.
The welcome was very basic—just the minimum necessary, without any particular effort to make guests feel comfortable.
We stayed for 4 nights, and despite asking, our bed linen was not changed during our stay, which was disappointing.
On the day of check-out, we asked about a late check-out, but the receptionist didn’t seem to make any effort to help or offer an alternative. The answer was simply “no.”
The view from our room was also disappointing, overlooking an old building.
The breakfast had very little variety, and unfortunately, the service during breakfast was extremely poor. The staff seemed uninterested and the overall experience was not pleasant.

I am very happy with my stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. I also really enjoyed the cozy PAUL café in the hotel courtyard. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Хорошее расположение. Чистые, уютные номера. Персонал отзывчивый. Хороший завтрак до 11 часов, иногда это очень актуально.
Ванна с ржавчиной, было не приятно. И душевая лейка была сломана, текла вода. Кондиционер расположен так что дует на кровать.
