Spacious, clean

La stanza era molto vecchia, con fortissimo odore di fumo. Per fortuna il mio soggiorno era solo di una notte. Durante l'accettazione mi è stato chiesto di pagare due notti invece di una, spero sia trattato solo dell'errore umano e non di cattive intenzioni.
お掃除のマダムは部屋で仕事をしているととても気を使って、そっとクリーンナップしてくれたし、風邪をひいた時には心配してくれた。食堂のスタッフである紳士は少ない英語でアルメニア風サンドイッチの作り方や料理の説明をしてくれた。言葉は通じないけどとても嬉しかった。11時を過ぎていたけど追い出されなかった。
いわゆるモダンなホテルではないですが、お湯はすぐに出るし、可動式のシャワーヘッドで水圧も十分だし、水捌けも良く必要十分なホテルでした。部屋のサイズは色々。104は小さく写真のようには大きくない。
朝食が8時からで国際会議のための滞在としては遅めも遅めであったこと。せめて会期中は7時にして欲しかった。
ちょっとある黒い小さな昆虫がいたこと。
Posizione molto centrale vicino a tanti monumenti punti di interesse, nightlife. Camera molto spaziosa, ho apprezzato la presenza di ciabatte mono uso che dovrebbe essere sempre di serie in ogni hotel.
Colazione dalle 8 alle 11, anticiparla almeno dalle 7 sarebbe meglio per le persone come me che viaggiano per lavoro e quindi hanno ritmi un po’ diversi dagli altri.
Camere pulite ma si potrebbe fare meglio. Asciugamani puliti.

The rooms was really outdated and badly maintained. They also didn’t looked like the pictures shown. Also the safe box was not fixed on the wall and didn’t work

Хорошая гостиница в центре Еревана . Очень крутая шумоизоляция , номер огромный . Мебель конечно устаревшая , но в отличном состоянии . Вкусные , разнообразные завтраки . Отличный сервис
I asked to switch my room during the stay due to noise, which the hotel kindly accepted. The new room was nice and clean, warm, spacious and quiet with auto-lock. Manager and some of the reception staff were very nice and helpful. I am not sure if the room was an upgrade or same price, which makes it difficult to say if it was good value-for-price in the end. Location is great, short walk to the Republic Square with nice restaurants, bars, stores nearby. Good wifi.
For the first two days I was in the old side of the hotel, with a window facing the back of a restaurant. During the daytime it is ok, but between 2-5am on both nights there was A LOT of noise, banging, car engine, shouting, maybe it was the garbage truck? In addition there is ventilation noise and walls are thin too. Suggest to check which part of the hotel your room is, as it made a huge difference. Room interior and windows / doors are also notably older compared to the other side.
Specious room with a queen bed, sofa(bed?). Friendly, accommodating cleaning staff. Almost unlimited bottles of water to use for tea or coffee making inside the room.
About two blocks from the beautiful central square, shopping, multitude of cafes and restaurants
No view from my room (requested, did not get). The room was facing apartment building. Hotel's location is excellent, but the building is squeezed in-between tall apartment buildings, so don't expect great views. Boring breakfast. Fortunately, Paul, a well-known French bakery-cafe is just next door.
Attention: do not get anything from the mini bar inside the room or you pay almost ten times more (compared to the stores) for a bottle of mineral water.
