Местоположение. На этом все!

Cons:

Никогда не писал отзывы, но такого ужасного опыта у меня еще не было! Номер убитый , на столько все старое что из мебели торчали саморезы. В номере не было лампочек, только ночники! На просьбу поменять номер 0 реакции! Завтраки также не качественные! Хотя после номера не был удивлен.
Если вам важно геолокация то это единственный плюс!

If you compare it with 4star, it is over rated. Staff was very good and friendly

La chambre spacieuse et climatisée

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné nul , Toujours la même chose à manger , le pain vieux industriel , les gâteaux qui date de plusieurs jours ….
On regrette d avoir payer ce petit déjeuné , en plus dans la salle il faisait très chaud , y’a pas de Clim !
Le ménage dans la chambre inexistant , en une semaine mise à part changer les serviettes, PQ , y’a rien qui a été fait !
Et la chambre vieille pas rénovée

Pros:

Отлична локация в центъра на Ереван, наблизо до всички забележителности.
Любезен персонал, отзивчив, в стаята да добре дошъл имаше и плато с череши.
С достатъчно но брой и индивидуални тоалетни принадлежности.
Закуската с отлично кафе и избор на плодове и местни сирена и продукти.
Място отпред пред хотела за консумиране на мества бира в жегите след работния ден. Съдействие от страна на рецепцията за таксита.

Ingrozitor: camera 612 nu poate fi oferita oaspetilor !!! Dar ei o fac.

Apeoape de obiectivele turistice.

Cons:

Mirosul ingrozitor de praf care venea de la mocheta veche si imbacsita.
Aerul conditionat care nu face fata la o camera de 60 m2 de la ultimul etaj.
"Privelistea" ingrozitoare pe care o aveam privind de la geam. M-am simtit ca intr-o inchisoare comunista.
Faptul ca sub geam undeva erau ghene de gunoi care miroseau ingrozitor si, desi eram la etajul 6 si era infiorator de cald, nu puteam deschide geamul.
Camera de 60 m2 era oribil mobilata, jumatate goala, cu pereti crapati. Am cerut alta, dar mi-au spus ca nu au, pentru ca toate camerele sunt ocupate.
In interior mirosea a praf, in exterior a gunoi imputit.
Nu mai scriu ... o experienta ingrozitoare !
Nu pot sa inteleg cum au tupeu sa ceara bani pentru asa ceva. Este pur si simplu hotie. Si nu inteleg scorul de pe Bookingcom: alti oameni ce camere au avut ?
Sau trebuie sa cred ca am fost discriminati pentru ca fiul meu are sindromul down si ne-au aruncat la gunoi ?
Retineti: am platit camera, nu am stat gratis !!
Imi pare rau ca o fotografie nu poate include mirosul...
