Pros:

A very good hotel. Clean room. Everything works well. Excellent location in the old town. I think they could improve the breakfast a little. But we would recommend the hotel, and stay there again.

Pros:

Perfect location in the city center, friendly staff, everything looks just like in the photos. Great value for money. It was a bit noisy, but that’s expected in the center — we came to enjoy the city, so it was fine!

Our Basic Suite was clean, spacious & comfortable.

The only issue I have to report is that there was a persistent bad odor in the bathroom. It seemed like a plumbing issue because we could hear sound of flushing from some other bathroom of the hotel.

Also, it would help if there had been
--- a clothes hooks behind the bathroom door
--- a rod or a hook near the sink for the hand towels
--- a shelf near the sink for the guests' toiletries

Öncelikle otel hiç göründüğü gibi değil kesinlikle zaten pek beklentimiz yoktu ama gerçekten kötü çarşaflar kirliydi.Fotoğraflarda havuz vardı fakat geldiğimizde olmadığı söylendi daha sonra fotoğrafları kaldırmışlar bu konuda bilgilendirilmedik.Ayrıca otopark olması konusu bizim için önemliydi fakat otoparkta olmadığı söylendi vale olduğu yazıyordu o da yoktu.Zaten recepsiyona koydukları kişi hiçbir şekilde ilgilenmedi çok ilgisiz ve alakasızlardı.Yani beklentimiz düşük olmasına rağmen tamamen fotoğraflardan farklı bir yerle karşılaştık.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Pros:

Doesn't worth the amount at all. Everywhere smells something bad. Reception stares at you with weird look. Hotel doesn't have a parking lot. Between 11-12am reception called me 20 times to leave the room although the checkout time is 12 am and I left exactly on time.

We paid for 3 person but they offered us 2 person room when we arrived and one of us slept on the sofa 2 night ..rhey did not make any refund as well

Amazing hotel stay in a great central location. The rooftop bar is a highlight with views across Batumi to to black sea, and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely go back for a longer stay!

Great stay, very welcoming and accommodating staff.
Breakfast is brilliant and delicious. But the fact that you can start your day with a glass of wine and chacha makes it even better. Great terrace for morning breakfast.

The delux room had a view of the sea and was clean and tidy. Even had a backgammon board to play.

Has a feel of a Moroccan / Turkish style room set up making the true influence of Turkey on the region felt in the old town as a great piece of culture with a wonderful fusion of Georgian hospitality.

Biz 14-16 Mart tarihi için oda ayırttık. 101 numaralı odada kaldık balkonu sokağa bakıyor. Otel konum itibariyle çok güzel bir yerde. 2 gece için yer ayırtmıştık oda baya temizdi. Hatta ertesi günü temizlik personeli odayı tekrar temizledi. Kahvaltısı mükemmel. Kahvaltınızı yapabileceğiniz teras katı bulunuyor manzarası güzel. Otel çalışanlar ilgili. Tekrar gelecek olsam aynı yeri kesinlikle seçerim. Gayet memnun kaldık

Great hotel. Has a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. The rooms are clean and the heat and hot water work well.

This hotel is in the middle of Old Town, where there are lots of nice cafes and shops. While we were there, we went to Sushigo to have drinks and sushi, then to Location Bar to watch live music.

Breakfast at the hotel is at 9 am, and includes meats, boiled eggs, rice, coffee and other foods. Wine was served with breakfast as well.

Overall, it was a nice experience, and we plan to stay there again in the future.
