Pros:

Добрый день! Заселение прошло быстро и раньше времени, документы подготовили вовремя.

Cons:

Если вы планируете отдохнуть после рабочего дня, вряд-ли вам удастся сделать этом в отеле! До 22.00 очень громко играет музыка! Приходилось жаловаться на ресепшен и после 22.00. Утюг утром ждала 40 минут, 2 раза за это время просила, без результата! В итоге самостоятельно нашла в корридоре на этаже.
Завтрак скудный.

Very pleasant, would choose the alanda again, good value for the price.
Pros:

Spacious.
Air condition.
Nice little bar, friendly staff, showed soccer championship final 😃.

Cons:

For a double room, u need more towels.

For the coffee equipment, i suggest to add milk powder also.

Отличное расположение прямо в центре столицы — всё близко и удобно. Номер порадовал: кровать очень большая, с удобным матрасом, удалось отлично выспаться. Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные и разнообразные завтраки! И огромная благодарность девушке Аксауле на ресепшене! Из-за шума в первоначальном номере она мгновенно включилась в ситуацию, оперативно переселила нас и сделала бесплатный апгрейд. Такой заботливый и клиентоориентированный сервис оставляет самые лучшие впечатления!
