Pobyt bardzo udany, ale nie za sprawą hotelu, który był słaby.
Pros:

Wielkość pokoi, masaż pierwsza klasa

Cons:

Obsługa Pani w barze, nieszczęśliwa blondynka, że musi cokolwiek a goście sprowadzani do roli petenta jak za komuny. Słaba komunikacja w języku angielskim. Brak zamiany na pokój junior Suit - pomimo, że zapewniono nas mailowo, że z okazji urodzin tak będzie. Wytłumaczono mi to błędem translatora - zatem punkt z angielską komunikacją bardziej niż realny. Śniadania okropne, a kawa to żart. Szkoda kasy. Płacąc niewiele więcej można mieć hotel w centrum z fajnym spa.

Pros:

big tv, big bed, lots of mirrors.
the receptionist helped me quite a lot!

Cons:

i asked for water for that day (because I opted out of the cleaning), and charged me 1100 tenge.
wifi was SLOW and INTERMITTENT. I had to make do with my data.
Also the hairdryer is broken, and there's always a fishy smell in the toilet area of the bathroom, no matter how many times I flush.

Добрый день! Заселение прошло быстро и раньше времени, документы подготовили вовремя.

Cons:

Если вы планируете отдохнуть после рабочего дня, вряд-ли вам удастся сделать этом в отеле! До 22.00 очень громко играет музыка! Приходилось жаловаться на ресепшен и после 22.00. Утюг утром ждала 40 минут, 2 раза за это время просила, без результата! В итоге самостоятельно нашла в корридоре на этаже.
Завтрак скудный.

Very pleasant, would choose the alanda again, good value for the price.
Pros:

Spacious.
Air condition.
Nice little bar, friendly staff, showed soccer championship final 😃.

Cons:

For a double room, u need more towels.

For the coffee equipment, i suggest to add milk powder also.

Pros:

Отличное расположение прямо в центре столицы — всё близко и удобно. Номер порадовал: кровать очень большая, с удобным матрасом, удалось отлично выспаться. Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные и разнообразные завтраки! И огромная благодарность девушке Аксауле на ресепшене! Из-за шума в первоначальном номере она мгновенно включилась в ситуацию, оперативно переселила нас и сделала бесплатный апгрейд. Такой заботливый и клиентоориентированный сервис оставляет самые лучшие впечатления!
