Nikt nie mówi po angielsku
Pros:

Przyjechaliśmy rano, zapytaliśmy o naszą rezerwację, recepcjonista nic nie rozumiał, zaprowadził nas do pokoju i powiedział, że noc kosztuje 100 GEL (vs. Rezerwacja 7 GEL). Powiedzieliśmy mu, że tyle nie zapłacimy i się zgodził słowami "no 100 lari, no". Przespalismy się kilka godzin i znowu chciano od nas 100 lari, albo przenieść nas do tańszego pokoju za 50 lari (bez podwójnego łóżka, kabiny prysznicowej, klimatyzacji). Odmowilismy i wyszliśmy. Poinformowalimy kelnera, który chociaż trochę rozumiał angielski, że zabierzemy rzeczy. Na drugi dzień recepcjonista zgarnął nas z ulicy i zrobiono nam awanturę, zwyzywano od "złych ludzi". + W łazience była brudna umywalka.

Pros:

Viešbutis pardavė kambarį už 7 GEL. Atvykus į viešbutį kaina pakilo iki 110 GEL. Pranešiau apie problemą hotels.com. Viešbučio personalas nekalba angliškai. Po 2 val derybų viešbučio personalas patvirtino, kad jie per klaidą buvo nuleide kainą. Apsigyventi už reklaminę kainą nepavyko.

Приветливый отзывчевый персонал. Своя территории с парковкой и детской площадкой. Внизу хорошее кафе. Все очень понравилось.

Pros:

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. We felt like family. The staff were excellent and very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was very tasty, and we were located only a short distance from the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice vacation to the Black Sea.

Всем привет. Были в отеле одни сутки, половина из которых был ураган.
Отель расположен рядом с пляжем. Состояние соответствует фото в
интернете. Персонал приветливый.
