Hotel Sonar Bangla Puri
Pros:

Fantastic housekeeping staff. Eager and prompt to help. The Sundowner café in the 4th floor was good.

Cons:

Location was poor. Hemmed in by a fair ground. Suite did not have a balcony directly facing the sea. A male front reception staff was quite rude. The beach was very dirty with animal droppings all around.

It’s in prime location and view is good.. the only positive note about this location is this.

Cons:

Their check out time is very very bad… who checks out at 8am in the Mrng???… and if we ask for extension they are charging 3000 extra for 2 hours… this is just a 3 star hotel and they behave like 5 star property… the bathroom was stinking really bad and rooms wer good and the blanket and bedsheets had stains all over… my overall experience staying in this hotel is ok ok… their room cost is 6k per night instead you get itc or sterling in the same area with better standards… I request donot book this hotel..

The rooms, location and staff were very good. The Food was not at all up to the mark.
Pros:

The Food was not that good! The Cafe had good views but many of the items in the menu was not available !
