Location and Food was good.

Cons:

Bathrooms are at a very high level, this is a huge concern for any elderly person. Rooms were not clean, cockroaches were there in the room. Overall cleanliness is not there.

It was pleasant stay at Hotel Sonar Bangla, Puri. In future I will request friends to stay at HSB
Pros:

Very nice and well arranged. One suggestion from my end when you are keeping Idly then why not Sambar Bara in your Menu. Restaurant is very clean and well placed. Cooking was too good.

Never gonna book this hotel again.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was the only good thing about the property

Cons:

The staffs are horrible and pathetic. Don’t except a bit of hospitality from them. Guests are treated as if they are given the stay for free. The receptionist (Sumeet Chakrabarty, if I recall his name correctly) won’t even greet you with a smile or brief you about the hotel amenities. He always carries a grumpiness on his face. Breakfast is just average with basic options.
