Piacevole soggiorno in centro storico.
Pros:

L'albergo è situato in una tipica, stretta, via pedonale del centro storico. L'accesso è ben segnalato. Non è presente l'ascensore ma ne eravamo consapevoli e non ci ha creato problemi. La camera era più ampia di quanto ci aspettavamo. Anche il bagno privato era di buona metratura e il box doccia era grande. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile a fornire informazioni turistiche. La camera era anche piacevolmente accogliente e non banale negli arredi. La colazione era buona e varia ma con poca scelta per il salato e il continentale. La posizione è perfetta per godersi il centro storico di Genova a piedi. Nessun problema con il rumore della via sottostante; la finestra insonorizza molto bene.

Cons:

Elenco qui alcune conseguenza di stare in una stretta via tra gli alti palazzi del centro, a cui non avevamo pensato (non sono per forza negative): la luce del giorno filtra poco dalla finestra; le viuzze strette riparano anche dal caldo e la camera rimane molto più fresca (per i giorni che abbiamo soggiornato).
E' stato un peccato scoprire all'ultima colazione che c'era la macchina per fare pancake in modo automatico.
In caso di più clienti in reception, il piccolo ingresso è un po' scomodo.

Un 3 stelle dovrebbe curare di più tutti i particolari
Pros:

Buona posizione

Cons:

1) sulla camera sopra il letto c’era una federa del cliente precedente che è stata dimenticata da chi ha pulito la camera
2) la finestrella del bagno ha una zanzariera fissa che fa schifo da quanto è sporca
3) sul frigorifero in c’è nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua
4) la tv ha pochissimi canali sintonizzati, mancano proprio i fondamentali

Staff gentile e cordiale, disponibile ad accogliermi come turista. Camera spaziosa, ampia, bisogna considerare che si tratta di un edificio nel contesto dei bui vicoli del centro storico genovese, pertanto occorre accettare il compromesso di disporre di poca luce dalle finestre e un affaccio direttamente su altri contesti abitati appena oltre la cornice della finestra.
