Det var ikke vasket under senger og man kunne se små krypp på gulv noen plasser.

Værelset lå mod baggården hvor det flød med affald og rotter

The hotel is good for what we were looking for, a place to sleep, shower and rest. Our room was a bit small, but we basically only slept there. The area are not very beautiful, and it is a bit busy. Our room was facing the jard, not the street, so we were ok. The hotrl has aircondotion, but in May it was only heating, not cooling. We slept windows open. The breakfast was ok, but every day the same. We stayed several days, so it git a bit booring at the end.

Dirty, disgusting room.

The housekeeping tidy the bed only without changing the beddings nor cleaning the room.

They even don’t clean the sink or the shower.

The shower drain was blocked which turned our shower time into a terrible experience.

The curtains were dirty and disgusting. I had to wash my hands each time I touch it.

The breakfast was very very very poor. Cheese, sausage and boiled eggs. On top of that the breakfast staff were very very rude and they would rap the remaining food and serve it the next day. We stopped having our breakfast in the hotel.

Terrible experience and we would never ever come back again. Wast of money!

Hotellet ligger nära allt!
Man får nästa samma frukost varje morgon.
Personalen kan inte Engliska. Däremot de är trevliga och hjälpsamma.
Wifi uppkopplingen var jätte dålig.
Rummet är litet. Av skala 10 får de 5.

Dirty hotel! - First night arrival they checked me into a room with only 2 beds although I paid for a TRIPLE bed room! The room smelled like sewage the smell was awful as if you were in the actual sewage with a dead corpse! I instantly went back to reception and asked to be moved the gentleman at the reception refused claiming they were full and I would have to wait the following morning. -Why would you as a business provider be so awful to your paying customers? That night I was forced correction all THREE of us were forced to stay in a room that smelled so bad your stomach would turn we kept vomiting, there was no light in the room therefore forced to stay in a pitch dark room. I was searching nearby hotels near the area willing to pay what ever to get out of that horrible place. Unfortunately, there was literally no availability for hotels in the area for the time frame of us staying. The pillows had stains. 2 of us were forced to use out own clothes from our suitcases as duvet and sheet out suitcase as a "pillow" whilst the other slept on the chair with a bag behind as a "pillow". Cockroach's around the room and toilet disgraceful place. -How can you have the heart to false advertise? I have never in my life experienced such thing! New room just as bad! Horibble smell dirt, insects, flys, house keeping walk in and out when ever they please. -No privacy! Waste of money. Regret the day I booked. False advertisement! Becareful when booking do not be fooled as we were!!!!!!!

nice clean hotel,
staff is very helpful and friendly,
great breakfast with a beautiful view.
However the beds are too small and uncomfortable.

Overall my stay in the hotel was awful. There were families with noisy kids in the rooms opposite me and next to me and the parents and kids were constantly walking in and out of their rooms into the corridor slamming their room doors and letting their kids run up and down the corridor screaming and shouting. I could not get any sleep at all. Further to this, in the restaurant in the morning, the same families with their kids, piled up their plates with food leaving nothing for anyone else. I thought all of them were very ignorant, inconsiderate and selfish. I would not recommend anyone to waste their money at this hotel. This is a sure way for the hotel to lose customers.

Our recent stay at Dalan hotel in Istanbul was excellent. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet with an amazing view. The room that was initially given to us had a few issues, however upon informing the reception, we were provided with a clean and tidy new room the next morning. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. In addition, the stuff were polite, professional and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location, you the Blue Mosque, grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar with a walking distance of 15 minutes. We will most definitely stay at Dalan hotel again and again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Faith Istanbul. I cannot emphasis more on the amazing customer service you receive from the staff at this great hotel.

The hotel is very reasonable when it is not a 5 star hotel but a hotel for an enjoyable stay and especially a very fine location that makes it easy. The hotel is for people who want a nice hotel with great location, very tasty breakfast, clean and spacious rooms.
Not suitable for those who want to stay all day at the hotel.
