Pros:

Bella proprieta' poco fuori il centro di Biarritz, parcheggio privato gratuito a disposizione.

Cons:

Non e' proprio in centro, camera non pulitissima e soprattutto bagno davvero minimal, troppo piccolo. Direi in generale rapporto q/p non mi ha soddisfatto.

Struttura storica con giardino in un contesto molto piacevole, la doppia camera per 4 persone ampia e confortevole, i letti comodi. E' presente un deumidificatore in camera, che, in assenza di aria condizionata, è stato utile per mitigare le alte temperature di questo periodo.

Charmant hotel met parking
Pros:

Location near center (10 min walk) and parking at hotel.

Cons:

No airconditioning, but a large ventilator was provided. Old building with wooden floors, you hear other guests walk.

we have stayed here before and happily returned. but won't again if high temperature

the location is great, limited parking but we got a space no problem

Cons:

we stayed in the recent heatwave, we knew no air con but a fan provided... however when we arrived back at 11pm the fan in our room didn't work, no breeze no fan and about 38 degrees, I did call the hotel number as no night reception but was told sorry can't help so no sleep really then left early before the room became unbearable again,

Hotel no recomendable ni para una noche

La habitación muy antigua con muebles y acabados de hace 30 años; sin aire acondicionado (te dejan un ventilador pero que a 40 grados no hace nada); camas que te hundes; hormigas en el baño; a 40 grados y unas sábanas gordas; fuimos con una niña de 4 años y un bebé y nos mandan para la 2º planta sin ascensor; mesita rota que al mínimo golpe se caía; la ducha tenía una cortina de hace años que no da sensación de limpio; 2 enchufes en la habitación pero uno ya era para ventilador; habitación muy pequeña; 175€ una noche, no lo vale este hotel de 2 estrellas! Calidad- precio malísimo. Una experiencia muy mala.

Position relativement proche du centre, à pied. Petit parking gratuit. Très bon rapport prix-proximité du centre touristique.

L'absence de climatisation, des fenêtres simple vitrage côté rue.
