Perfect location, peaceful stay, and very helpful staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is located in a very calm and peaceful area, yet it’s incredibly central and close to all metro lines. The rooms have enough space for two people and include a convenient makeup table. Most importantly, the staff are very hardworking and genuinely try their best to be helpful. Their effort made my stay much more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Pleasant, comfortable stay. Would be happy to stay there again when in Tokyo.
Pros:

Selective but good, nutritious breakfast. Convenient relaxing common room with free coffee and snacks. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. Friendly attentive staff and daily room servicing. Relatively close to Tokyo Station and the Bullet Train.

Cons:

Wine selection could have been better, but the free tasting helped. About a 500 metre walk to the nearest local station (Bakurocho) and restaurant precinct. Lots of steps and no escalators at the station - ideal for getting some exercise, if needed.

Gran ubicación! Personal muy atento. Todo muy limpio
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, queda cerca de varias estaciones que conectan muy bien y de la asakusa line que es la que te trae y te lleva al aeropuerto

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas para estándares occidentales, pero no para los estándares en Tokio

Cons:

Semmilyen gluténmentes pékáru, kenyér nem volt reggelire, továbbá ázsiai jellegű inkább a reggeli (se sajt, se felvágott).

Pros:

The staff were always wonderful and happy to assist with any questions. The breakfasts every day were excellent and varied. The location was super - there were about five different stations (metro and JR) within a ten minute walk of the hotel, so getting anywhere in Tokyo was easy. The bed was comfy and everything in the room worked well.

La struttura é molto pulita, le stanze più grandi dello standard. Inoltre l'hotel fornisce 24h su 24 bevande gratis in una saletta accanto alla hall. Colazione varia e buona per soli 9€. La posizione anche se non è centrale è ben fornita da 2 stazioni metro, la zona è tranquilla e sicura. Lo consiglio fortemente.
