Excellent stay in very good quiet location.
Pros:

Great location. Modern rooms with fast WiFi. Comfy bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free and wide range of tea options and coffee throughout the day. Free bar snacks after 5pm (nuts and crisps and dried sweetened chopped fruits) Plenty of friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing at all but note that Breakfast starts at 6:30 and when I stayed there was a rush to be in there for that time. By 7:15 people were queuing to get in as it was full.

Great Stay Near Akihabara
Pros:

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Akihabara, great restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel itself offers all a traveler needs. Good complimentary coffee and an interesting library collection to browse through! Some travelers might find the room small but we didn’t mind at all.

Great stay in a calm, yet well connected neighbourhood
Pros:

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always quick to help with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a wide variety of options that changed slightly each day - it is worth including it. The rooms were not too small and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also really appreciated the location: about 30 minutes (by metro and a short walk) from major attractions, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect balance, allowing us to explore Tokyo easily while avoiding the crowds and hustle.
We had a wonderful stay and I would 100% recommend this hotel.
