Horrible and pathetic experience

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. I had booked an AC twin room in advance, but when I arrived, I was informed that the room was not available and had been given to someone else. This was extremely unprofessional.

I had already informed them that I would be arriving early in the morning between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Despite this, I was made to wait for more than an hour. When the manager finally arrived, he refused to arrange the AC room I had booked and did not offer any proper solution.

As a girl traveling alone, this situation was very uncomfortable and worrying in terms of safety. Being left waiting early in the morning without proper assistance was a horrible experience.

I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor management, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for guest safety and confirmed bookings.
