I have been a repeat guest at this hotel for several years, but this visit was disappointing.
During peak summer, the absence of air-conditioning in both the lobby and restaurant made the experience very uncomfortable—fans are not sufficient in such conditions. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with the same limited options repeated daily.
The front desk operations need improvement. Staff appeared unfamiliar with basic processes, and the practice of collecting payments after each restaurant visit while taking screenshots lacks transparency. Despite informing the front desk on 24th evening and again on 25th morning to have my final bill ready, the checkout process was disorganized. I was first told there was an outstanding amount of over 2000, which was later revised to 746 after delays. This was unexpected, given that the room was prepaid and restaurant bills were settled immediately.
On a positive note, Mr. Satish Shetty exemplifies excellent hospitality—warm, attentive, and proactive.
Ms. Elizabeth from the restaurant also stands out for her professionalism and guest engagement.
