L’hôtel est situé à l’entrée de la ville. Un peu loin de la ville et les restaurants pour aller manger le soir et profiter de la ville illuminée. Cependant, tout ce fait bien à pieds. Pour l’envolée des montgolfières le matin, vous ne trouverez pas meilleur endroit : l’hôtel est situé juste en face de la vallée où les ballons sont gonflés et ils passent directement au-dessus de la terrasse. Magique! Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux, rien à dire. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est tout simplement accueillant et à l’écoute. Peu importe la demande, ils faisaient les démarches pour nous, nous conseillais des restaurants, randonnes, etc. L’hôtel est très joli.
Rien de négatif à dire. Nous aurions une proposition : sur la terrasse le matin, lors de l’envolée des montgolfières, il fait très froid : des couvertures pourraient être mis à la disposition des clients pour se réchauffer. Peut-être aussi une carafe de café avec du thé, il manquait juste cela pour profiter au maximum de ce moment magique.
Bardo ładny hotel. Świetna obsługa, pomocna, przemiła. Śniadania bardo dobre, hotel ma super taras do obserwowania balonów, ponieważ jest blisko miejsca z którego startują i ładują balony.
Jedyny minus, śmierdziało kanalizacja w łazience

Lovely staying! The staff, the room, the archpool are amazing! Very friendly hotel, the staff is always available to help you! The breakfast is a very plus! Located near the best attractions in Goreme e 10 min walking by the center

The breakfast was excellent and the room very spacious and clean. The rooftop is great at sunrise with ballon and valley views.
The room was the worst probably at this hotel with a window right on the rubbish containers and the dog's kennel :-(((. I would avoid the pictures i took for respect. Given that we booked for 5 nights we would have deserved really a better room. And the staff (the manager who was called) didn't help at all. The rooftop would deserve a better exploitation at sunset.
The property was in a great walking location - we liked that it was slightly out of the centre of town which allows for easy parking and it is quiet at night.
The pool is beautiful and the breakfast was nice. Great views for the balloons and ability to message the team on WhatsApp - good for language barrier.
Staff were friendly.
It felt like the staff weren’t very knowledgeable about the local area - we asked for entrance and parking information for one of the local hikes which we were directed to the completely wrong spot. We had asked for dinner recommendations and all that was offered was 1 restaurant in town - it felt like there was no care with this recommendation. We had requested for a laundry service as advertised on the booking, initially being told this was done by an external agency but they could organise for it to be picked up - once going back to confirm the time we were directed to call them ourselves however they did correct this and organise it for us. We were told it had to be paid cash as it was an external agency which we had no issues with, this was paid upon collecting from the front desk - upon check out the next morning they requested payment for an outstanding bill which was laundry that could have been paid by card on check out. We were required to stay in the lobby with reception as they rewound the CCTV to confirm the cash payment had been handed over.
The gentlemen upon checkout was kind about this and not his fault albeit he was put in the position to investigate this as it had not been processed properly during the day.
Very friendly staff, made us feel at home from the very first moment. The rooms are well equipped and big, and we could see the hot balloons taking off at sunrise. Secluded and quiet, just a few minutes walk away from the center! On our last day we left early and we were surprised with a breakfast package and a little gift 🎁
What would have made our stay even better, would have been non-dairy options for breakfast, such as oat milk, coconut yoghurt and/or hummus.
