What a beautiful, intimate little hotel with an amazingly warm and hospitable staff. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and our room was precious. The balcony was perfect. The front and entire staff were so welcoming and eager to assist in any way at all times, they never missed a beat. They were also very communicative prior if you wanted to book a hot air balloon or other tours prior to your arrival, or if you needed to book an airport shuttle. or for any other questions you had. The breakfast was so cute and perfect for our needs and the terrace area was there. They helped me book an amazing spa that was pregnant friendly. They went above and beyond to let my husband and I stay in the lobby for a few hours after we returned from a long tour and after we had already checked out, letting him shower, treating us with coffee/tea/cake, and allowing us to even heat up our food. We tipped them generously as this was exceptional. We definitely recommend this hotel for everyone!
Nothing really. The shower water temperature was a bit hard to find the perfect temperature but I didn’t mind it. There was a mild odor from the toilet but I think it was only our room that had this issue..

L’hotel ens va encantar: les habitacions eren molt confortables, tot estava impecablement net i les instal·lacions eren molt boniques. El personal va ser molt atent en tot moment, sempre disposat a ajudar amb qualsevol cosa. A més, el bufet era molt complet i de gran qualitat. Sens dubte, una experiència molt recomanable!

El café “americano light” … no hay máquina de cápsulas. El resto muy bien.
L’hotel tutto sommato era abbastanza nuovo e la colazione, posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo molto buona. Sono stati davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Ci sono venuti molto in contro alle nostre esigenze e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. La reception è molto gentile e ci ha spiegato tutti i dettagli sulle attrazioni principali, le distanze etc. Ci siamo innamorati del cagnolino della struttura. Davvero adorabile!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect – very convenient and close to everything, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, a perfect start to each day.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but one young woman ( Bahar) in particular stood out. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. She recommended us private tour and transfers to airport which was excellent choice!
Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
