Everything was great about the property.
The food is very tasty. The pool and the roof terrace were not expected, but they are a huge advantage of this hotel.
One of the staff said she would return €5 change, but she didn’t do so. The sum was very small, but the fact of doing this disappointed me, because I wanted to give a tip to the guide. I proposed to pay by card, so she wouldn’t need to find a change, but she refused.

Muy bonito y cuidado. Limpio con una habitación muy amplia. Desde la habitación se veían los globos por la mañana. Cama muy grande y cómoda.
Desayuno estaba bien. El personal muy amable.
No está en el centro, está a la entrada del pueblo pero se hace caminando unos 10 minutos y es agradable.

Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Rabia at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Clean,Modern,Quiet Place but near the downtown
When we ask for extra bottle of water they ask us to pay at night but the next day it was free so I just wish there is extra bottle of water at night since guests are thirsty from a dessert

Our time is Osmanli was fantastic! We were greeted by the exceptional staff at reception who were very lovely and knowledgeable. They continued to help and organise tours for us during our stay! The rooms were very clean and tidy. The breakfast every morning was sensational- a wide selection of foods to suit anyone (hot and cold).
The only thing to improve is an exhaust fan in the bathroom as it can get very foggy.
Everything. The property was really clean and perfectly located for our needs. After a busy and bustling few days in Istanbul, the pace here in Göreme was just perfect. Easy walk to local restaurants and markets - really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Excellent hôtel avec un rooftop extraordinaire pour voir les montgolfières le matin. Vue en hauteur et bien dégagée. C’était mon critère principal et je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix. Chambre très propre et très confortable. Personnel au top, que ce soit à la réception avec accueil personnalisé et informations touristiques ou au petit déjeuner. Tout est fait pour que vous soyez satisfait . A 7 minutes à pied du centre de Goreme. À noter super spa, juste en face.

The rooftop and buffet breakfast were amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They assisted us with organising activities, arranging taxis, and keeping us informed about the hot air balloons each morning. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable, and we would highly recommend staying here.
