Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec mon mari. Tout était parfait, les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et souriant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un bon choix de produits . Mention spéciale pour la terrasse, qui est tout simplement magnifique, avec une très belle vue.

Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu voir les montgolfières en raison des conditions météorologiques, ce qui est dommage, mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité de notre séjour.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Pros:

Ein sehr stilvolles und authentisches Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Rezeptionistin namens Rosa war sehr freundlich zu uns.

At the end the hotel is not bad may be my experience was not good

The room area was big and nice

The hotel doesn’t have elevator
The housekeeping people are not trained well
There is no telephone in the room to contact the reception if you need something only by whats app

Great hospitality
Pros:

Very nice property. Nice big rooms, very clean. Best part of the hotel were the employees and their hospitality. From bell boy, to reception, to manager, everyone went out of their way to make the stay memorable. Every time we entered the hotel from the cold weather outside, we were given hot Turkish coffee and tea.

Cons:

Close to the balloon and ATV rides but a little quiet.

Прилетела в Каппадокию в 8 раз . Мне все очень понравилось в отеле . Обслуживание . Персонал . Хоть в 2 часа ночи хоть в 8 утра . Всегда помогут . Я прилетела с группой , поэтому они исполняли все прихоти моих туристов . Все чисто . Хорошие завтраки . Есть терраса , где можно сделать красивые фотография . Красивый отель . Интерьер . В моем номере был джакузи и балкон . Очень удобное размещение . Находится рядом с поляной , где взлетают шары

O locatie unde oaspetii se simt ca acasa 😊
Pros:

Locatia foarte aproape de centru, personalul hotelului foarte prietenos, micul dejun foarte divers și delicios. Curatenia exceptionala, pur si simplu un ambient ‘ca acasa’, care ne-a facut sejurul foarte placut 😊
M-as intoarce la acest hotel 100%. Iar vizibilitatea la baloane cand sunt ridicate este exact ca in poze. Terasa amenajata foarte fain.

Nu am avut nimic care sa nu ne placa
